450 մլն դրամ՝ երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի 2023 թ․ երրորդ եռամսյակի բյուջեն կհամալրվի 450 մլն դրամով․ Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում նախագիծը հավանության է արժանացել։

Ծրագրերի շրջանակում 2023 թվականի համար հաստատված բյուջեն կազմում է 1 մլրդ 291 մլն դրամ, որը համամասնորեն բաշխվել էր ըստ եռամսյակների։ 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 18-ի դրությամբ՝ աջակցություն է ստացել երեխա ունեցող 1685 ընտանիք, որից 236-ը՝ միանվագ դրամական աջակցության ծրագրով (222 մլն դրամի շրջանակում), 494-ը՝ կանխավճարի ապահովագրության ծրագրով (23 մլն դրամի շրջանակում) և 955 շահառու՝ երեխայի ծննդյան աջակցության ծրագրով (983 մլն դրամի շրջանակում):

Այս պահի դրությամբ՝ 2023 թվականին վճարվել է 1 մլրդ 228 մլն դրամ։ Ծրագրի մեկնարկից մինչ օրս աջակցություն է ստացել երեխա ունեցող 7137 ընտանիք․ փոխանցված ընդհանուր դրամական միջոցները կազմում են 4 մլրդ 928 մլն դրամ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության 2020-2023 թթ․ ծրագրերի շրջանակում պետության կողմից աջակցություն է տրամադրվում հիփոթեքային վարկով բնակարան ձեռք բերող (բերած) կամ անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելու նպատակով հիփոթեքային վարկ ստացած քաղաքացիներին։

Առաջին ծրագրով՝ միանվագ դրամական աջակցություն է տրվում մարզային բնակավայրերում հիփոթեքային վարկով բնակարան ձեռք բերելու կամ անհատական բնակելի տուն կառուցելու նպատակով։

Երկրորդ ծրագրով՝ հիփոթեքով բնակարան ձեռք բերող շահառուին տրամադրվում է դրամական աջակցություն՝ կանխավճարի ապահովագրության տարեկան ապահովագրական վճարի իրականացման համար։

Երրորդ ծրագրով՝ հիփոթեքային վարկ մարող ընտանիքում երեխա ծնվելու դեպքում՝ ընտանիքին տրվում է միանվագ դրամական աջակցություն։

Միջոցառումներից օգտվելու համար քաղաքացին պետք է դիմի Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հետ պայմանագիր կնքած որևէ բանկ կամ վարկային կազմակերպություն՝ բացառությամբ երրորդ ծրագրի, որի դեպքում, եթե տվյալ բանկի հետ պայմանագիր առկա չէ, անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել բանկից տեղեկանք և այլ անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր։ Այդ դեպքում՝ քաղաքացին դրանք կարող է ներկայացնել Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն կամ դիմել էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ e-request.am հարթակի միջոցով։
