«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Գավառցի երեխայի նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերած մոր՝ Աննա Արեւշատյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործով իրավապահները մտել են Նուբարաշենի բանտ ու խուզարկություն իրականացրել։ Բանն այն է, որ Աննա Արեւշատյանի ամուսինը՝ Թաթուլ Մադաթյանը, կալանավորված Է սեփական երեխաների նկատմամբ սեռական բռնություն իրականացնելու համար եւ այս պահին կալանքը կրում է «Նուբարաշենի» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած բացառիկ տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ հենց այս դեպքով էլ Նուբարաշենի բանտում խուզարկություն է իրականացվել՝ հատկապես սեռական բռնություն իրականացրած հոր՝ Թաթուլ Մադաթյանի խցում:

Իսկ ի՞նչ է հայտնաբերվել։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ խցում եղել են հեռախոսներ, Թաթուլ Մադաթյանի մոտ եւս եղել է հեռախոս: Իսկ թե ինչ է եղել նրա հեռախոսի մեջ, կներկայացնենք առաջիկայում։

Մեր ստացած այս տեղեկությունները փորձեցինք պարզել ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿ ծառայության լրատվական բաժնից, որտեղից ի պատասխան հայտնեցին. «ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պարբերաբար իրականացվում են խուզարկություններ: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ձեր կողմից մատնանշված կալանավորված անձի խցում խուզարկություն կատարելուն կամ դրա արդյունքներին, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ, ըստ ՀՀ ԱՆ համակարգում գաղտնագրման ենթակա տեղեկությունների ընդլայնված գերատեսչական ցանկի, տվյալ տեղեկությունը համարվում է գաղտնի, ուստի Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը նպատակահարմար չի համարում հանրայնացնել»։ Այսպիսով, խուզարկության փաստը պատոնապես հաստատվեց:

Հիշեցնենք, որ քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Աննա Արեւշատյանն իր 12-ամյա դստեր մասնակցությամբ մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիա ստեղծելու, այն հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով այլ անձանց սեռական կարիքները բավարարելու նպատակով իրացնելու դիտավորությամբ, անչափահաս դստեր նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունք դրսեւորելով, ստեղծել եւ իրացրել է մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիա: Մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիայի ստեղծման ժամանակ անչափահաս դստերը պատճառել է ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ, նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով՝ կատարել է սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ, իսկ պոռնկագրական բնույթի նյութի պատրաստմանը ներգրավել է նաեւ իր 12 տարին չլրացած երկու աղջիկ երեխաներին։ Ծնողները կալանավորված են:
