33 տարի անց մեր անկախությունը և պետական ինքնիշխանությունը շարունակում են մնալ բարձրագույն արժեք. Ավետիք Չալաբյան

Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Սիրելի բարեկամներ,

33 տարի առաջ այս օրը, Հայաստանի ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհուրդը ընդունեց Հայաստանի Հանարապետության Անկախության հռչակագիրը, որով հիմք դրվեց մեր անկախ պետականության ստեղծմանը, և հետագա բոլոր զարգացումներին։ Անկախության հռչակագիրը սկսվում էր այսպիսի հիմնարար նախաբանով՝

"Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհուրդը, արտահայտելով Հայաստանի ժողովրդի միասնական կամքը, ելնելով մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրի սկզբունքներից և միջազգային իրավունքի հանրաճանաչ նորմերից, կենսագործելով ազգերի ազատ ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, հիմնվելով 1989 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի «Հայկական ԽՍՀ-ի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերամիավորման մասին» Հայկական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Ազգային խորհրդի համատեղ որոշման վրա, զարգացնելով 1918 թվականի մայիսի 28-ին ստեղծված անկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարական ավանդույթները, խնդիր դնելով ժողովրդավարական, իրավական հասարակարգի ստեղծումը, հռչակում է անկախ պետականության հաստատման գործընթացի սկիզբը" և պարունակում էր 12 առանցքային կետ՝ միտված նոր պետության ստեղծմանը և ամրապնդմանը։

33 տարի անց, մեր անկախությունը և պետական ինքնիշխանությունը շարունակում են մնալ բարձրագույն արժեք, որի համար մաքառել է մեր ժողովրդի լավագույն մասը, իրենց կյանքը և առողջությունն են տվել բազմաթիվ հայորդիներ, որի համար ամեն օր մենք բարձր գին ենք վճարում՝ թշնամական պետությունների շարունակական ագրեսիայի պայմաններում։

Այսօր, ինչպես երբևէ, կարևորվում է մեր Անկախության հռչակագրի և նրանում ամրագրված հիմնարար դրույթների պաշտպանությունը, մեր պետականության ապագայի շուրջ միասնական ազգային տեսլականի ձևավորումը, գործող իշխանության կողմից տարվող կեղծ, պարտվողական օրակարգին արժանահավատ և հստակ այլընտրանքի առաջադրումը, մեր երկրի քաղաքական դաշտի և պետական համակարգի առողջացումը, և մեր անկախ պետականության հիմքերի օրնիբուն ամրապնդումը։ Դրա մեջ է միասնական հայրենիքի պաշտպանության և բարգավաճման գրավականը, դրա մեջ է մեր արժանապատվության և ապագայի նկատմամբ վստահության վերականգնումը, մեր անվտանգությունը, բարգավաճումը և հզորացումը։
