Արցախի քննիչը սպառնում է ՀՀ քաղաքացուն, քաղաքացին դիմում է ՀՀ պատկան մարմիններին

Լրագրող Արմինե Մելքոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. Արցախի քննիչը սպառնում է ՀՀ քաղաքացուն, քաղաքացին դիմում է ՀՀ պատկան մարմիններին:

«Հարգելի ՀՀ արդարադատության ներկայացուցիչներ, ՀՀ ոստիկանություն, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան։

Ձեզ գրում է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի զոհ Գարիկ Նավասարդյանը։

Պատերազմից հետո պարենային անվտանգության ծրագիր էի մշակել Արցախի համար, որը սակայն ձախողեցին և փողերը տառացիորեն շորթեցին նախագահն ու իր յուրայինները ։

2021թ. գրավոր հայտնեցի, որ հավերը պատրաստ եմ ներկրել Արցախ , որին ի պատասխան Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ քիթը կկտրի, եթե մինչև հավերի բերելու օրը ֆերման պատրաստ չլինի։ Սակայն ֆերման առ այսօր պատրաստ չէ։ Ես պատրաստ էի նաև ֆիրմայի շինաշխատանքների հարցում օգնել։ Գրավոր դիմեցի Արցախի գյուղնախին, որ հավերը պետք է բերեմ, քանի որ ամեն օրը իմ վրա ավելորդ ծախս է։ Ասացին, որ 2022թ հունվարի 5֊ին կընդունեն հավերը և չընդունեցին։ Ավելին դադարեցին պատասխանել իմ կողմից ուղարկված բոլոր գրություններին. Ես ընկա վարկերի տակ հայերին կեր առնելու և տարածքի վարձակալության գումարների համար։

Երբ բանկերն այլևս ինձ վարկ չէին տալիս, ես գրությամբ հայտնեցի, որ հավերը սատկում են տարածքի փոքր լինելու պատճառով

Գրություն ի պատասխան չուղարկեցին ։

Վեց ամիս անց առանց որևէ զեկուցման, որևէ թղթի Արցախի քննիչ Նվեր Ավետիսյանը Սևանի ոստիկանության բաժնից անօրինական ինձ տարավ Արցախ (Արցախում ձեռնարկությունը անօրինական ճանաչելու դատական որոշումը ունեմ) ։

Եվ օպլյա հոդված, որ ես Արցախի գումարները շորթել եմ։

Ցուցմունք տվել են Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը և Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Վլադիմիր Գրիգորյանը ։

Ի դեպ նշեմ, որ հավերին փաստացի տեսել էր իրենց գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարարը։ Ավելին հավերին մի քանի անգամ էին եկել տեսել ։

Ավելինննն բանավոր խոսքում ասում էին, որ հավերը չմնա իմ վրա իրենք գնորդ կուղարկեն։ Ու մի հոգու ուղարկեցին ով պատրաստ էր հավերը գնել վեց ամիս հետո։ Պատկերացրեցիք չէ՞։

Իրենք որ տեսել էին հավերը, ինձ մեղադրեցին փող յուրացնելու մեջ, որ ինձ հասցված վնասը չփոխհատուցեն ։

Ավելին շինարարության խախտումների համար Արայիկի շինարարի 49 մլն շորթման համար որևէ քրգործ շինարարի նկատմամբ չհարուցվեց։

Իսկ երբ ես սկսեցի քննիչին գրել։

Ահա Արցախի քննիչ Նվեր Ավետիսյանի պատասխանները սքրինի տեսքով ներկայացնում եմ Ձեզ։

Սպասում եմ իմ երկրի արդարադատության համակարգի գործողություններին։ Ձեր քաղաքացուն փաստացի սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնողների նկատմամբ ։

Հ.գ Ի դեպ էս աբիժնիկների թայֆան միայն նրա համար, որ Արայիկի հասցեին ճիշտն եմ գրում սպառնում են, որ ինձ ռոզիսկ կտան։

Հենց ասում եմ այ բոզի տղերք ճամփեն բացեք վաղը թազա հավ եմ բերում, բայց դուք էլ իմ վնասը պետք է փոխհատուցեք սկսում են սպառնալ։

ՀՀ դատախազությանը խնդրում եմ էս փաստին ուշադրություն դարձնել, որ եթե Արցախում օրենք չկա ուրեմն ՀՀ֊ում էլ չկա և կարող են նոր օրենք գրել ինձ ռոզիսկ տալու համար»:
