Ինչու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին Կապան տանող օդանավի թռիչքի երթուղին ամրագրվել ադրբեջանական տեղանունով

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն օգոստոսի 17-ին այցելել էր Սյունիքի մարզ` Երևան-Կապան մեկնարկային ավիաչվերթով: Այնտեղ նա ծանոթացել էր «Սյունիք» օդանավակայանում ստեղծված պայմաններին:

Համացանցում մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրեց այն հանգամանքը, որ Flightradar24 հավելվածը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին Կապան տանող օդանավի թռիչքի երթուղին ամրագրել է ոչ թե Կապան, այլ՝ Զանգիլան:

Այս առնչությամբ ArmLur.am-ը մի քանի հարց է ուղղել վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանին:

-Տիկի՛ն Բաղդասարյան, ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք, որ թռիչքներ ամրագրող Flightradar հավելվածը իր կայքում մեր ինքնիշխան տարածքը՝ Կապանը, ներկայացնում է ադրբեջանական տեղանունով:

-Համացանցում տարածված նկարների առնչությամբ ցանկանում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ թռիչքն իրականացվել է Երևանից Կապան, այդ մեկնարկային թռիչքին մասնակցել է նաև վարչապետը: Ինչ վերաբերվում է տեղանվանման նշմանը, ասեմ, որ Flighradar-ը չի հանդիսանում պաշտոնական կայք, իսկ տեղանվանման նշումը մեր տիրույթից դուրս է: Մեր Քաղավիացան թրեկերները ճշտում է Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության ( ԻԿԱՕ) հետ, այս ընթացակարգով ամեն ինչ հստակ է: Կրկնում եմ՝ Flightarad-ը պաշտոնական տեղեկություն չի տալիս թռիչքների վերաբերյալ, այն ինտերնետային ռեսուրս է, ուստի թրեկերների կամ տեղանվանման ճշգրտման խնդիրը չի կարող պաշտոնական համարվել:

-Իսկ ե՞րբ եք նկատել եք խնդիրը և ի՞նչ քայլեր եք ձեռնարկել, արդյո՞ք կապվել եք այդ կազմակերպության հետ՝ պարզաբանում պահանջելու:

-Ես ձեզանից եմ տեղեկացել խնդրի մասին, ի պատասխան կարող եմ ասել, որ Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն զբաղվում է դրանով, այդ հարցերը ճշտում է ԻԿԱՕ-ի հետ

-Տիկի՛ն Բաղդասարյան, փաստացի ստացվում է, որ մեր պաշտոնյաները, օգտվելով այդ թռիչքուղուց, լեգիտիմացնում են Իլհամ Ալիևի համաշխարհային կեղծիքները, որը ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքը որպես ադրբեջանական ներկայացնելու համար:

-Ես էլի եմ նշում՝ ամրագրման ու մյուս գործընթացների ժամանակ պաշտոնական կայքը նման անվանում չի նշել, իսկ թե ինչ-որ այլ կայք, ինչ անվանում է նշել, դա մեր տիրույթում չէ: Ամրագրումը Flightradar-ով չի արվել, եթե պաշտոնական լիներ կայքը, այդ դեպքում մեկնաբանելը տեղին կլիներ, բայց, հղում տալով նաև Քաղավիացիայի տեսակետին, իրենք թռիչքի ամրագրման բոլոր գործընթացներով աշխատել են ԻԿԱՕ-ի հետ և որևէ խնդիր չի եղել, այնտեղ հստակ նշվում է Կապան, իսկ թե այլ կայքում ինչ է նշվում, չեմ կարող մեկնաբանել:

Ի դեպ, հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցից հետո՝ օգոստոսի 18-ի գիշերը հենց օդանավակայանի հատվածում հերթական միջադեպը եղավ. Սյունիքի մարզի Կապանի «Սյունիք» օդանավակայանի հարակից տարածք եկած անհայտ անձը Ադրբեջանի տարածքից երեք կրակոց է արձակել Կապանի «Սյունիք» օդանավակայանի ուղղությամբ եւ հեռացել։ Փամփուշտներից երկուսը վնասել են օդանավակայանի պատուհաններից մեկը եւ տանիքը։ Այդ մասին հայտնել էին  ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ից։
