Դատախազը հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել անչափահաս դստեր նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիա ստեղծած և իրացրած կնոջ նկատմամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից:

Դատախազն Ա.Ա.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 196-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 4-րդ և 6-րդ կետերով (անչափահասի նկատմամբ առանձին դաժանությամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը), 198-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ, որոնք կատարվել են 12-ից 14 տարին չլրացած անձի նկատմամբ՝ վերընթաց ազգականի կամ այն անձի կողմից, որի վրա դրված է երեխայի դաստիարակության, խնամքի կամ բուժման պարտականությունը), 239-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (տեղեկատվական կամ հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաներն օգտագործելով՝ երեխային պոռնկության կամ պոռնկագրական բնույթի նյութեր կամ առարկաներ պատրաստելու կամ տարածելու հետ կապված գործողություններ կատարելուն հակելը կամ ներգրավելը այն անձի կողմից, որի վրա դրված է երեխայի դաստիարակության, խնամքի կամ բուժման պարտականությունը), 300-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (պոռնկագրական նյութեր կամ առարկաներ պատրաստելը, տարածելը կամ պահպանելը, որը կատարվել է մերձավոր ազգականի կողմից և որը զուգորդվել է անչափահասի նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքով):

Քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Ա.Ա.-ն իր 12-ամյա դստեր մասնակցությամբ մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիա ստեղծելու, այն հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով այլ անձանց սեռական կարիքները բավարարելու նպատակով իրացնելու դիտավորությամբ, անչափահաս դստեր նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով ստեղծել և իրացրել է մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիա: Մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիայի ստեղծման ժամանակ անչափահաս դստերը պատճառել է ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ, նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով՝ կատարել է սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ, իսկ պոռնկագրական բնույթի նյութի պատրաստմանը ներգրավել է նաև իր 12 տարին չլրացած երկու աղջիկ երեխաներին:
