Օգոստոսի 18-ին, ժամը 00.42-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հիվանդանոցից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ գոտկային շրջանի ծակած վերքով բուժօգնության է դիմել Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ 38-ամյա մի տղամարդ: Նա հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքը շենքի բակում ընկնելու հետևանքով է, հաղորդում է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունը։

Ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ օգոստոսի 17-ի ժամը 23.00-ի սահմաններում Հրազդան քաղաքի Միկրոշրջան թաղամասի շենքերից մեկի մուտքում նույն շենքի բնակիչ 41-ամյա տղամարդը հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել, իսկ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված տղամարդը դիտողություն է արել նրան, ինչի հետևանքով էլ երկու հարևանների միջև վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, որի ընթացքում էլ 41-ամյա տղամարդը դանակով հարվածել է 38-ամյա հարևանին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքը:

Հրազդանի ոստիկանների բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում 41-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացել է բաժին և հայտնել, որ ինքն է դանակով մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառել հարևանին:

41-ամյա տղամարդը և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
