Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է, կուտակում զինտեխնիկա

Վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանը պարբերաբար ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածում այն մասին, թե հայկական կողմը կրակ է բացել, ինժեներական աշխատանքներ է կատարում և այլն,  նշում է նաև, որ սահմանին նկատվել են զենքի, զինտեխնիկայի և ՀՀ ԶՈւ մեծ կուտակումներ:

Նախօրեին Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ-ն մեկնաբանել էր իրավիճակը Լաչինի միջանցքում և հայտարարել, որ աջակցում է Ադրբեջանի բոլոր նախաձեռնություններին, սխալ է քննադատել Բաքվին այս ամենի համար, և որ թուրքական կողմը մտադիր է այցելել օկուպացված տարածքներ։

Արդյոք կարելի է սա դիտարկել որպես ազդակ, որ Ադրբեջանը նոր ագրեսիայի հող է նախապատրաստում, շուտով կսկսի լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողություններ, քանի որ բազմիցս համոզվել ենք, որ նման մանիպուլյացիաներ եղել են ռազմական գործողություններից առաջ։ Այս և այլ հարցերի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց «Հայկական նախագծի» համահիմնադիր, «Ապրի» վերլուծական կենտրոնի գիտաշխատող Սերգեյ Մելքոնյանի հետ:

«Ադրբեջանն այժմ նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում միանգամից մի քանի ուղղություններով. նախ՝  տեղեկատվական ոլորտում, երկրորդը՝ դիվանագիտական, երրորդը՝ ռազմական։ Ինչ վերաբերում է տեղեկատվական ոլորտին՝ Սփյուռքի և Արցախի, մասնավորապես, իրական պետական ինստիտուտների ջանքերով Ադրբեջանի տեղեկատվական ծրագիրը մեծ մասամբ տապալված է, քանի որ ադրբեջանական նարատիվը, որ կան որոշ անջատողականներ, ովքեր հրաժարվում են կատարել համաձայնագրերը և այլն, օրակարգում ակտուալ չեն։ Գերիշխում է մեկ այլ նարատիվ, որ Ադրբեջանը ցեղասպան քաղաքականություն է վարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի նկատմամբ»,- նշեց Մելքոնյանը։

Ինչո՞ւ է կարևոր տեղեկատվական ուղղությունը։ Մելքոնյանը բացատրում է՝ վաղը նախատեսված է ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ և անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել համապատասխան շղարշ: Թեև, նկատում է նա, մեծ հաշվով կանխորոշիչ չի կարող լինել այն, թե կողմերը ինչպես կմոտենան այս հանդիպմանը, բայց կարող է մասամբ ազդել երրորդ կողմերի դիրքորոշման վրա, ուստի Ադրբեջանում այժմ կարևոր է լղոզել տեղեկատվական օրակարգը և ստեղծել դիսկուրս, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է հարձակման Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում։

Ինչ վերաբերում է դիվանագիտական ոլորտին, ապա.

«Բնականաբար, Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանի հիմնական դաշնակիցն է և Թուրքիայի միջոցով Հայաստանի վրա այժմ էլ ավելի է ճնշում գործադրվելու՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները Թուրքիայի հետ ամեն գնով հաշտություն կնքելու մտադրություն ունեն և կատարում են բոլոր նախապայմանները։ Թուրքիան տեսնում է, որ այդ գործիքն աշխատում է և առաջ է քաշում նոր նախապայմաններ»։

Ռազմական ուղղվածության վերաբերյալ Սերգեյ Մելքոնյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանն ինքն է պատրաստվում և կուտակում զինտեխնիկա, որպեսզի կարողանա նաև ռազմական ճնշում գործադրել։ Եվ այս ամենը՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի նախօրեին։

«Այն կարող է ունենալ նախապատրաստական բնույթ, այդ թվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, այսպես կոչված, հակաահաբեկչական գործողություն իրականացնելու առումով։ Ադրբեջանը երբեք չի հանել իր օրակարգից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մնացած հատվածների բռնի զավթման հարցը։ Նախապատրաստական բոլոր աշխատանքները թե՛ տեղեկատվական, թե՛ դիվանագիտական, թե՛ ռազմական ոլորտում եթե ոչ այսօր, ապա վաղը, կարող են ծառայել միայն էթնիկ զտումների կամ ցեղասպանության արդեն ակտիվ փուլ իրականացնելու համար»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
