Հայաստանից Արցախ ուղարկվող հումանիտար 19 բեռնատարներին ավելացել է ևս մեկը: Ֆրանսիայի մի շարք տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններ համատեղ ջանքերով Արցախին օգնություն են ուղարկել, որը հասել է Կոռնիձոր և կանգ առել: Ֆրանսիայի Պեյի դը լա Լուար, Օ-դը-Ֆրանս, Իլ դը Ֆրանս, Օվերն-Ռոն-Ալպ, Օքսիտանիա երկրամասերի շրջանային խորհուրդները կողմ են քվերակել, որ ցեղասպանության, սովամահության եզրին կանգնած Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 120.000 հայ բնակչությանը օգնություն տրամադրվի: Լուրն իր Twitter-ի էջում հայտնել է «Ֆիգարո» օրաթերթի փոխտնօրեն, լրագրող Ժան-Քրիստոֆ Բուիսոնը:

Ֆրանսիայի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները հումանիտար բեռը տրամադրել են Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունները համակարգող խորհրդին (CCAF), որ Հայաստան տեղափոխեն: Հաշվի առնելով հանգամանքը, որ Ֆրանսիան կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորման միջնորդներից մեկն է ՝ այդ երկրի արտաքին գերատեսչությունը թույլ չէր տա, որ ստեղծված պայմաններում Ֆրանսայի անունից պաշտոնապես օգնություն տրամադրվեր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին:

Ավելի վաղ Alpha News-ը հայտնել էր, որՓարիզի քաղաքային խորհուրդը միաձայն կողմ է քվերակել Արցախին 20.000 եվրոյի մարդասիրական օգնություն ուղարկելու նախաձեռնությանը: Նախաձեռնության հեղինակը Փարիզի փոխքաղաքապետ Առնո Նգաչան է: Նա ասել էր.

«Մենք ցավում ենք, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգային խորհրդում իրավիճակը կարգավորելու նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես չի գալիս, մինչդեռ մենք՝ 170 քաղաքական գործիչներս, վերջերս Ֆիգարոյի հարթակն օգտագործել ենք և նրան ենք դիմել՝ ահազանգելով, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է էթնիկ զտման ենթարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդին»:

Հիշեցնենք, Ադրբեջանը, խախտելով 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները, 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից «բնապահպանների» բողոքի ակցիայի պատրվակով, ապօրինի կերպով արգելափակել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին կապող Լաչինի (Բերձոր) միջանցքը: Պաշտոնական Բաքուն շարունակում է անտեսել Մոսկվայի, Վաշինգտոնի և Բրյուսելի հորդորները և ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի պահանջը՝ ձեռնարկել բոլոր միջոցները երաշխավորելու Լաչինի միջանցքով քաղաքացիների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների՝ երկու ուղղություններով անխափան տեղաշարժը։

Արցախի շրջափակումը չի դադարեցվել «բնապահպանների» ակցիայի ավարտից հետո: Ադրբեջանը ապօրինի անցակետ է տեղադրել Լաչինի միջացնքում, իսկ հունիս 15-ին, Հակարիի կամրջի մոտ տեղի ունեցած սադրանքից հետո, Արցախը հայտնվել է լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ՝ ամբողջությամբ զրկվելով բոլոր տեսակի ապրանքների մատակարարումից: Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի փակ լինելու պատճառով Արցախի 120 հազար քաղաքացիներ զրկված են ազատ տեղաշարժի, անգամ բուժառուներին Հայաստան տեղափոխելու հնարավորությունից ու տարրական կենսապայմաններից:
