Նոր աղբավայրի կառուցման ճակատագիրը շարունակում է անհայտ մնալ, իսկ մաքուր օդ շնչելու իրավունքը չի հաջողվում իրացնել. Մանե Թանդիլյան

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  գրել է․

Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրում հրդեհն արդեն սովորական է դարձել։ Վերջին անգամ աղբավայրում հրդեհ էր բռնկվել հուլիսի 25-ին, այրվել էր մոտ 5000 քմ տարածքում կուտակված աղբը։ Ու չնայած բազմաթիվ նախազգուշացումներին՝ տարածքում անվտանգության կանոններ պահպանելն այդպես էլ չի հաջողվում։
Բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում իրավիճակն ավելի է վատթարանում, ու առանց այն էլ ծանր օդում թունավոր գազեր, ծուխ և փոշի է ավելանում։
 
Եվ կրկին վերադառնում ենք նրան, որ չկա համակարգային մոտեցում։
 
Քաղաքակիրթ երկրներում վաղուց գտել են աղբի վերամշակման արդյունավետ մոտեցումները, այն է՝ աղբի տեսակավորում, տեսակավորված աղբի տեղափոխում, տեսակավորված աղբի պահեստավորում, պիտանի և ոչ պիտանի աղբի առանձին տեսակավորում։ Պիտանի աղբն ուղարկվում է վերամշակման և արդյունքում էներգիա է ստացվում, իսկ ոչ պիտանին հատուկ պայմաններում հողի շերտի տակ է թաղվում։
 
Այս ամենի, համապատասխան քանակի և սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերին չհամապատասխանող աղբավայրերի բացակայության, աղբի թերի վերամշակման ու թերի տեսակավորման պայմաններում նվազագույնը, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է անել, գոնե անվտանգության տարրական կանոնները պահպանելն է։
 
2016 թվականից խոստացված նոր աղբավայրի կառուցման ճակատագիրը շարունակում է անհայտ մնալ։ Իսկ մեր ու մեր երեխաների՝ մաքուր օդ շնչելու իրավունքը, պարզապես, չի հաջողվում իրացնել։
