Զինծառայող Ժորա Կարապետյանին ինքնասպանության հասցնելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են 2 համածառայակիցները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ութերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում իրականացված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են զինծառայող Ժորա Կարապետյանի մահվան դեպքով էական մի շարք հանգամանքներ։

NEWS.am-ը Քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկանում է, որ 2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 10-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18:50-ի սահմաններում, զորամասի պահպանության շրջանի մարտական դիրքում նույն զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող Ժորա Կարապետյանը, լինելով ազատ հերթափոխում, գետնատնակի մոտ այլ զինծառայողին ամրակցված ինքնաձիգով կատարել է ինքնասպանության փորձ։

Զինծառայողը տեղափոխվել է Արարատի ԲԿ, այնտեղից՝ Երևան՝ զինհոսպիտալ:

Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ութերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 523-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկվել են անհետաձգելի ապացուցողական և վարութային գործողություններ:

Ավելի ուշ՝ օգոստոսի 11-ի վաղ առավոտյան, հոսպիտալից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայող Ժորա Կարապետյանը մահացել է։

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, այդ թվում՝ մարտական դիրքում գտնվող զինծառայողներ։

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում օգոստոսի 11-ին Ժ․ Կարապետյանին մարտական հերթապահություն կամ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու ընթացքում մի խումբ անձանց կողմից անզգուշությամբ ինքնասպանության հասցնելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով ձերբակալվել է վերջինիս համածառայակից, ժամկետային երկու զինծառայող։

Ըստ քննության ներկա փուլում ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների՝ զինծառայողն ինքնասպանությունը գործել է իր նկատմամբ ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերություններին բնորոշ վարքագծի դրսևորման արդյունքում։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռանրկվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցռումները՝ զինծառայողի մահվան բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու և դրան առնչություն ունեցող բոլոր անձանց գործողություններին իրավական գնահատականներ տալու ուղղությամբ։
