Իրավապահները թույլ չեն տալիս Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի գործով առանցքային վկային ցուցմունք տալ , այն կարող է փոխել մեղադրանքը

Ուշագրավ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի որդու՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի գործով: Իրավապահները մտել են Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետի բարեկամների տները եւ փնտրել Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին, իսկ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի բնակարան չեն այցելել, որպեսզի դատարանին կարողանան երկամսյա կալանքի հիմք ներկայացնեն՝ իբրև վարույթն իրականացող մարմնից խուսափում: Ահա հենց այս արհեստական ձևով դատարանից կարողացել են կորզել երկամսյա կալանավորումը ։


Ավելին՝ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի փաստաբանը քննիչին միջնորդել է, որ կա մեկ վկա ու պատրաստ է ցուցմունք տալ, ուստի հարցաքննեն վկային, սակայն քննիչը մերժել է։ Մերժման մեջ ներկայացրել են այն պատճառաբանությունը, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը ինքն է որոշում՝ ում, երբ հարցաքննի։Վկան ևս առանձին դիմում է ներկայացրել սակայան նույն պատասխանն է ստացել քննիչից։
Այս ամենը արվում է միայն մեկ պատճառով՝ որպեսզի կարողանան պահպանել առաջադրված մեղադրանքը, այն է՝ խուլիգանություն։  Նախաքննական մարմինը հրաժարվում է գործի մեջ ներգրավել վկային. միգուցե նա կարեւոր բան կարող է ասել, ինչը կօգնի քննության ընթացքին կամ կխանգարի իրավապահների գործին։

Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով քննիչներին ուղիղ հրահանգված է անել ամենը՝ որպեսզի կարողանան պահպաել Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին ներկայացված մեղադրանքը, իսկ այս պարագայում գործով առանցքային վկան միայն կխանգարի իրենց ստացած հանձնարարականին։
