Պատերազմի նոր վտանգներ կան․ Վարդան Օսկանյան

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Հայերն իրենց ձեռքին միայն մեկ լծակ ունեն, ու դա, այսպես կոչված, խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրել-չստորագրելու լծակն է։ Այդ մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ լծակն, իհարկե, այսօր բավականին թուլացել է, որովհետև ՀՀ իշխանություններն արդեն նախօրոք հայտարարել են, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս է, ասել են, որ պատրաստ են Հայաստանից տարածքներ զիջել, բայց դրանք դեռ բանավոր են, գրավոր ստորագրելու լծակը դեռ իր ուժը չի կորցրել։

«Այսօր այդ լծակը շատ վտանգավոր ձևով է օգտագործվում, և օրեցօր պատերազմի հավանականությունն ավելի մեծանում է։ Իշխանությունները հնարավորություն ունեն բանավոր իրենց խոսքից հետ կանգնելու, որն ավելի կուժեցացնի այդ լծակը, բայց այստեղ այդ լծակը պետք է կարողանալ ճիշտ օգտագործել: Ես անկեղծ չգիտեմ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ուզո՞ւմ է ստորագրել, թե՞ ոչ»:

Ըստ Օսկանյանի՝ Փաշինյանի համար նման փաստաթուղթ ստորագրելը հեշտ չի լինելու, որովհետև դրա բովանդակությունը որևէ աղերս չունի հայ ժողովրդի շահերի հետ: 

«Սա, բնականաբար, կարող է ձգձգվել, և հենց այստեղ է վտանգը, որովհետև այն բառապաշարը, ոճն ու հռետորաբանությունը, որը այսօր Փաշինյանն օգտագործում է և միաժամանակ բանակցությունները շարունակվում են, փաստաթուղթ չի ստորագրվում, օրեցօր պատերազմի վտանգը մեծանում է, եթե դու բարձրացնում ես հակառակորդի ակնկալիքը, բայց չես անում դա, ի վերջո նա անցնելու է գործողությունների: Այստեղ միջնորդները ոչինչ անել չեն կարող»,- նկատեց նա։
