Որտե՞ղ և ի՞նչ պայմաններում են պահվում հայր և որդի Սմբատյանները

 Իսրայելում և ՌԴ–ում Հայաստանի նախկին դեսպան Արմեն Սմբատյանն ու նրա որդին՝ Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանը, պահվում են «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը` պատասխանելով Sputnik Արմենիայի գրավոր հարցմանը։

«Արմեն և Սերգեյ Սմբատյանները պահվում են տարբեր խցերում, քանի որ Երևանի քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմամբ սահմանափակվել է կալանավորված անձ Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի հաղորդակցվելու իրավունքը կալանավորված անձ Արմեն Սմբատյանի հետ»,- ասված է պատասխանում։

Նշվում է նաև, որ նրանք խցերում պահվում են այլ անձանց հետ։ Սակայն, ըստ Sputnik Արմենիայի, նրանց խցակիցները ոչ թե նախկին պաշտոնյաներ կամ նախկին իրավապահներ են, այլ սովորական բանտարկյալներ։

Հիշեցնենք` հուլիսի 30–ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ կալանավորվել են նախկին դեսպան Արմեն Սմբատյանն ու նրա որդին` դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանը։
Արմեն Սմբատյանին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել 2003 թ. ընդունված ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի խարդախության կազմակերպիչ), իսկ Սերգեյ Սմբատյանին և գործարար Ա.Պ–ին՝ 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի խարդախություն)։

Մի շարք մշակութային գործիչներ, հայտնի մարզիկներ և բժիշկներ միջնորդագիր են ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանին` հորդորելով կալանքից ազատել Սերգեյ Սմբատյանին։ ՀՀ դատախազությունը պատրաստվում է քննարկել նրա նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն անազատության հետ չկապված խափանման միջոցով փոխելու մասին միջնորդագրերը։
