Սպանnւթյnւն. գիշերն արտակարգ է եղել Գյումրիի ռեստորաններից մեկում

2023 թվականի օգոստոսի 6-ին` գիշերը, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն է ստացվել հաղորդում այն մասին, որ նույն օրը աջ դաստակի շրջանում վնասվածքով «Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ բուժօգնության է դիմել Գյումրի քաղաքի՝ 1983թ․ ծնված բնակիչ, ով հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքն ստացել է ընկերոջը դանակահարելու ընթացքում միջամտելու ժամանակ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն։

Նույն օրը նշված բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ բժշկական կենտրոնի բակում հայտնաբերվել է կողերի շրջանում կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով մոտ 36 տարեկան տղամարդու դի։ Պարզվել է, որ վերջինս հանդիսանում է 36-ամյա Ա․ Սարդարյանը։

2023թ․ օգոստոսի 6-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 167-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2023թ․ օգոստոսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրիում գործող ռեստորաններից մեկում բարբառի հետ կապված լեզվակռիվ է տեղի ունեցել նշված ռեստորանի երկու աշխատակիցների միջեւ, որը, արդեն երկու կողմից այլ անձանց ներգրավմամբ, շարունավել է աշխատանքի ավարտից հետո, այլ վայրում՝ «Ձկի ձոր» տանող ճանապարհին։ Նրանց միջեւ խոսակցությունը կրկին վերաճել է վիճաբանության, որի ընթացքում մասնակիցներից մեկը սուր կտրող ծակող գործիքով հարվածել եւ վնասվածքներ է հասցրել իր հետ վիճաբանողներից 30-ամյա տղամարդու աջ ձեռքին, Ա․Սարդարյանի որովայնի հատվածին եւ դիմել փախուստի։ Ստացած վնասվածքներից Ա․Սարդարյանը հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացել է։

Վնասվածք ստացած անձը, ինչպես նաեւ մահացած Ա․Սարդարյանը ճանաչվել են տուժող։ Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել են արնանման նյութի հետքից նմուշներ, վիճաբանության հետ հնարավոր առնչություն ունեցող հարմարեցված առարկա՝ մահակ, եւ այլ իրեր։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։ Ռեստորանից առգրավվել են դեպքի վերաբերյալ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող տեսագրությունները։

Դեպքի որոշ էական հանգամանքներ պարզելու եւ առերեւույթ հանցանք կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու վերաբերյալ հետաքննության մարմնին տրվել է օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու հանձնարարություն։

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում նշված անձը՝ Մասիս խոշորացված համայնքի բնակիչ 36-ամյա տղամարդը, հայտնաբերվել է ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում եւ ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է։
