Անվանի մարզիկները միջնորդել են գլխավոր դատախազին՝ վերանայել Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցը

Մարզաշխարհի մի խումբ ներկայացուցիչներ հայտարարություն են տարածել՝ դիմելով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանին։ Անվանի մարզիկներն ակնկալում են, որ հաշվի առնելով Մաեստրո Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի անգնահատելի ներդրումը Հայաստանի ստեղծագործական և մշակութային կյանքում՝ կփոխվի որպես խափանման միջոց նրա նկատմամբ կիրառված կալանավորումը։

Հարգելի գլխավոր դատախազ,

Մենք, Հայաստանի պատիվը բարձր պահած մարզիկներս և մարզական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներս՝ խորապես մտահոգված ենք Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր, Մաեստրո Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի կալանավորմամբ։

Մաեստրո Սերգեյ Սմբատյանը ոչ միայն բացառիկ երաժիշտ է, այլև հայկական մշակույթի փարոս, ով իր ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում աշխարհին ցուցադրել է հայ ազգի հարուստ ժառանգությունը: Նա մշտապես ցուցաբերել է անմնացորդ նվիրվածություն իր արվեստին` վաստակելով չեմպիոնի տիտղոս դասական երաժշտության ոլորտում: Նրա ներդրումը ոչ միայն հարստացրել է Հայաստանի մշակութային ինքնությունը, այլև ոգեշնչել բազմաթիվ արվեստագետների և երաժիշտների ամբողջ աշխարհում:

Որպես Հայաստանը տարբեր միջազգային սպորտային մրցաշարերում ներկայացրած մարզիկներ, մենք խիստ կարևորում ենք այդ դերը ստանձնած ցանկացած գործչի գործունեություն: Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք քաջ գիտակցում ենք օրենքի գերակայության նշանակությունը ցանկացած հասարակության համար և կարևորում ենք սույն գործի անաչառ և արդար քննությունը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, հաշվի առնելով Մաեստրո Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի անգնահատելի ներդրումը Հայաստանի ստեղծագործական և մշակութային կյանքում, ակնկալում ենք Ձեր միջամտությունը նրա նկատմամբ կիրառված կալանավորման՝ որպես խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության հարցում։
