Իրանը Հայաստանի իսկական բարեկամն է, ռազմաքաղաքական բնական դաշնակիցը. Խաչիկ Ասրյան

Ժողովուրդների և պետությունների բարեկամությունը հիմնված չէ երդումների ու խոստումների վրա․ շատ դեպքերում կարելի է բարեկամիդ և դաշնակցիդ օգնել առանց ավելորդ տեղեկատվական աղմուկի և քարոզչության: Իրական բարեկամը հասկանում է, որ կարևորն արդյունքն է, և ոչ թե դրա վերաբերյալ բարձրացվող քարոզչական աղմուկը: Իրանը Հայաստանի համար այդպիսի բարեկամ ու դաշնակից է․ Իրանն օգնում և աջակցում է Հայաստանին միշտ. շատ հաճախ այնքան էլ նկատելի չեն այդ աջակցությանն ու օգնությանն ուղղված քայլերը, բայց առկա է արդյունքը:

Հազարամյակներ շարունակ հայերը և իրանցիներն ապրել են կողք կողքի: Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ կարգավիճակ է ունեցել Հայաստանը, Իրանը միշտ հայերին վերաբերվել է որպես բարեկամ ժողովրդի: Առավել անվտանգ, քան Իրանում՝ հայերը թերևս որևէ տեղ իրենց չեն զգացել՝ ունենալով հայկական ազգային ինքնությունը պահպանելու և զարգացնելու հնարավորություն: Վերջին 30 տարիների ընթացքում, երբ Հայաստանը վերականգնեց իր անկախ պետականությունը, Իրանը դարձյալ իր բարեկամական ձեռքը մեկնեց Հայաստանին՝ օգնելու կայանալ և հզորանալ:

Հիմա, երբ Հայաստանն ապրում է իր պատմության ամենավճռորոշ պահերից մեկը, Իրանը դարձյալ կանգնած է Հայաստանի անկախության և տարածքային ամբողջականության պաշտպանության սկզբունքային դիրքերում:
Սակայն, բարեկամությունը չի կարող լինել միակողմանի: Ուստի, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունը ևս պետք է Իրանին ընդառաջ քայլեր անի՝ ամրապնդելու մեր՝ հազարամյակներից եկող բարեկամությունը: Հայաստանը պետք է իր ամուր և հաստատուն ձեռքը մեկնի բարեկամ Իրանին՝ միասին առաջ շարժվելու և հաղթահարելու ներկայի ու ապագայի բոլոր փորձությունները, համատեղ կառուցելու մեր երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների ու պետությունների ապագան:
Ավելին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող իշխանությունը, Հայաստանի և Արցախի անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու Հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու և անսասան պահպանելու համար, ժա՛մ առաջ պետք է 100 տարով Ռազմաքաղաքական Դաշինք կնքի Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ՝ Իրանն ընդունելով որպես Հայաստանի համար ռազմաքաղաքական բնական դաշնակից, իսկական բարեկամ։
