Ինչո՞ւ է սպանվել պաշտոնյան

Առաջին / Գիշերը ժամը 00:15-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Դալարիկ գյուղի մոտակա ձորակում հայտնաբերվել է դի. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը: shamshyan.com-ը հայտնում է, որ ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկաններն ունեն կասկածներ, որ հայտնաբերվածը Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամանյանի խորհրդական, 52-ամյա Մանուկ Սիմոնյանն է, ում որպես անհետ կորած Արմավիրի մարզի ոստիկանները որոնում են արդեն 2 օր: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ դին հայտնաբերվել է ամբողջովին երկաթե լարերով կապված, բերանքսիվայր, գլխի վրա էլ կար հսկայական քար, և դին գտնվում էր կիսանեխած վիճակում, ինչն էլ հիմք է տալիս դատաբժշկին հայտնելու, որ նրան սպանել են օրեր առաջ:

Երեկ արդեն չարագուշակ ենթադրություններ էր ծնում ոստիկանության հաղորդագրությունը, որ որոնվում է մարզպետի անհետացած խորհրդականը:

Դեռևս ոչինչ հայտնի չէ սահմռկեցուցիչ այս հանցագործության հանգամանքների, մոտիվների մասին, բայց այն հանգամանքը, որ բառի իսկական իմաստով հանցագործության զոհ է դարձել պետական ծառայող՝ խորհելու տեղիք է տալիս:

Երկրում անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ է, չեն գործում միջանձնային, տնտեսական, հանրային հարաբերությունների կարգավորման իրավական, լեգալ միջոցները՝ իրենց տեղը զիջելով բռնությանը, կրակոցներին, հաշվեհարդարին, որոնք, որպես կանոն, շատ հաճախ ունենում են ողբերգական ավարտ:

Պաշտոնը Հայաստանում դարձել է փող աշխատելու, հարստություն դիզելու միակ հուսալի միջոցը, որովհետև երկրում գնահատված չեն ռացիոնալ, դրական հատկանիշները: Նույն այդ պատճառով պաշտոնյան դարձել է թիրախ մարդկանց համար, ովքեր գուցե տուժել են նրա գործունեության հետևանքով և արդարադատության բացակայության պարագայում հաստատում են իրենց «արդարությունը» քստմնելի արարքով, կամ էլ երկրի քրեականացումն այլևս այն մակարդակի վրա է, որ հանցագործ հարվածի համար բացարձակապես միևնույն է պոտենցիալ զոհի հանրային կարգավիճակը:
