Մենք պահանջում ենք գործարկել հումանիտար օդային կամուրջ. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

«Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» գործակալության համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել է. 

 
Արցախը ոչ մի հումանիտար օգնություն չեն ընդունելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Մենք պահանջում ենք գործարկել հումանիտար օդային կամուրջ, և շատ կարևոր է, որ ողջ աշխարհը գիտակցի, որ ներկա պայմաններում միակ լուծումը օդային կամուրջ ապահովելն է՝ արցախցիներին սնունդ և անհրաժեշտ այլ ապրանքներ մատակարարելու համար: Օդային կամուրջը կարող է կազմակերպվել միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից, ովքեր նման բեռներ տեղափոխելու իրավունք ունեն՝ անկախ նրանից, թե շրջափակում իրականացնող երկիրը համաձայնում է դրան, թե ոչ:
 
Օդային կամրջի մասին պետք է հնարավորինս շատ բարձրաձայնել, որովհետև մենք շատ լավ հասկանում ենք, որ Ադրբեջանը մտադիր չէ մեզ թույլ տալ սնունդ ստանալ Հայաստանից, իսկ Ադրբեջանից որևէ բեռների տեղափոխում մենք թույլ չենք տալու: Դա չափազանց վտանգավոր է:
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է ավելի կտրուկ քայլերին, մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ առկա ռազմական իրավիճակում մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք դիմագրավելու տարբեր սադրանքների, որոնք կարող են իրականացվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Մեր պատրաստվածությունը պետք է շատ բարձր լինի: Ոչ միայն զինծառայողները, այլ նաև հասարակ քաղաքացիները պետք է պատրաստ լինեն դիմադրության:
 
Նման իրավիճակում, երբ գիտենք Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումը, երբ տեղյակ ենք ռուս խաղաղապահների սահմանապահ հնարավորություններից, մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք ինքներս բացել ճանապարհը, եթե դա հնարավոր չի լինելու անել այլ քաղաքական քայլերով: Դա պահանջում է համախմբում հայաստանցիների հետ, որ միասին բացենք ճանապարհը, որովհետև անընդունելի է, որ 120 հազար մարդ, այդ թվում 30 հազար երեխա, 20 հազար տարեցներ զրկված են տարրական կենսապայմաններից: Եթե օդային կամուրջը չի ապահովվելու, մենք պետք է ճանապարհը բացենք մեր ուժերով:
