Մի մարդ հարձակվեց մեզ վրա, հետո մյուսները եկան․ պատմում է Մարտունիում «Հայաքվե»-ի մասնակիցը

Այսօր Մարտունի քաղաքում եւս մեկ հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության ստորագրահավաքի տեղում. Այս անգամ երկու վայրում են իրականացրել, մեկը «Հայաքվեի» ստորագրահավաքի վայրում, մյուսը՝ ինֆոկենտրոնում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան լայվում պատմել է «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության անդամ Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը:

«10-12 հոգի, կոնկրետ սադրիչներ, հստակ ուղղորդված մոտեցել են, պատռել են «Հայաքվեի» թղթերը, տեղեկատվական թերթիկները, փորձել են խլել, հայհոյել, վիրավորել, սպառնացել են «Հայաքվեի» կազմակերպիչներին, ինչպես նաեւ ստորագրողներին: Այդտեղ ներկա է եղել նաեւ քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչը, որը բացարձակ ոչ խոչընդոտել է հանցանքը, ոչ էլ արձանագրել: Թույլ չեն տվել մարդկանց մասնակցել ստորագրահավաքին:

Հիմա մենք հաղորդում ենք ներկայացնելու տեղի ոստիկանություն երկու հոդվածով մեկը խուլիգանություն եւ մյուսը քրեական օրենսգրքի 110 հոդվածով, որը կոնկրետ մատնանշում է հանրաքվեին կամ ընտրական գործընթացին խոչընդոտելը, ուղղորդելը եւ այլն: Սա որոշ դեպքերում մինչեւ 8 տարի ազատազրկում է նախատեսում: Մենք գնալու ենք մինչեւ վերջ, թույլ չենք տալու որեւէ սադրիչի, որ փորձի վախեցնել կամ վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել»,-հայտարարեց Հոխիկյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ ոստիկանությունը իր պահանջով բերման է ենթարկել այդ սադրիչներից 1-2 հոգու:

Իսկ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության ստորագրահավաքի վայրում գտնվող տիկին Թամարան, ով ականատես է եղել դեպքին, պատմեց. «Այսօր առավոտից նստած էինք, այդ պահին ոչ ոք չկար: Ես երիտասարդ աղջիկների հետ նստած էի, մեկ էլ հանկարծակի մի սպիտակ մազերով մեծահասակ մարդ եկավ, հարձակվեց մի ձեռքով ինձ վրա, մյուսը՝ երիտասարդ աղջկա վրա: Ես վեր կացա, ձեռք բռնեցի, ասացի՝ երանի չէր փող տային:

Հետո արդեն չեմ կարող ասել, թե քանի հոգի այն կողմից եկան, վրա տվեցին: Ես քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցչին ասացի՝ գոնե դուք եկեք, բաժանեք, հետ քաշեք: Ինչ հայհոյանք ասես, տվեցին»:
