Որպես Երևանի խնդիրները ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ուսումնասիրող, կարծում եմ, որ շատ կարևոր է ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը նման միջոցառումներին և հավաքներին․ Վիկտոր Մնացականյան

Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի նախկին  ղեկավար Վիկտոր Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
 
Վերջերս Երևանում մասնակցել եմ «Զարգացրու քո քաղաքը» ուրբանիստական ֆորումին, որը կազմակերպել էր ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը և ՌԴ «ВЭБ.РФ» ու շատ հետաքրքիր և ճանաչված սպիկերներով օրինակ՝ « КБ Стрелка»-ի համահիմնադիր Ալեքսեյ Մուրատովը, «ПроГород» տարածքների նախագծման ընկերության ղեկավար Քսենիյա Տիտովան, ոլորտում հաջողություններ ունեցած մի քանի ռուսական քաղաքների քաղաքապետներ (Сысерть) , ովքեր կիսվեցին իրենց փորձով։
 
Մյուս Կարևոր միջոցառումը դա ԿՈՆԴԻ (կարելի է ասել) մաստեր պլանի շնորհանդեսն էր, որը վերջապես ներկայացրեց ամիսներ շարունակ Կոնդի հետ կապված ամենագրագետ ու մանրամասն կատարված աշխատանքը: Շնորհակալություն Նարինե Տյուտչևայի գլխավորած «Re-Школа»-ի թիմին հրաշալի ուսումնասիրության համար:
 
Երկու միջոցառումներն էլ հագեցած էին արժեքավոր գիտելիքների և փորձի փոխանակմամբ:
Այս հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվեցին քաղաքի ինքնության, քաղաքաշինական, քաղաքի կառավարման մի շարք կարևորագույն հարցեր, ոլորտի այժմյան մարտահրավերներն ու հնարավորությունները:
 
Բայց ուզում եմ փաստենք, որ այս միջոցառումներին ՑԱՎՈՔ ներկա չէր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի, Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության որևէ ներկայացուցիչ։ Ներկա էին միայն մարզերից մի քանի քաղաքապետներ։
Սա կարևոր հարց է առաջացնում. մինչ մենք ժամանակ ու գումար ենք ծախսում նաև արտասահմանյան գիտաժողովներին մասնակցելու և միջազգային փորձ ուսումնասիրելու համար, ոլորտի պատասխանատուները ուղղակի անտարբեր են մեր քթի տակ տեղի ունեցող ու մեր խնդիրներին վերաբերող այսքան ակտուալ հարցերի քննարկումների հարցում էլ:
 
Որպես Երևանի խնդիրները ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ուսումնասիրող, կարծում եմ, որ շատ կարևոր է ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը նման միջոցառումներին և հավաքներին։ Հաղորդակցվելով, լսելով և մասնագետներից ու փորձագետներից սովորելով է, որ մենք կարող ենք իսկապես հասկանալ ժամանակակից հնարավորությունները և հաղթահարել մարտահրավերները: Եվ, իհարկե, պետք է վերջապես կոտրենք անջրպետը տեսության և պրակտիկայի միջև՝ օգտագործելով նաև միջազգային գիտելիքները՝ տեղում փոփոխություններ կատարելու համար ու մի քիչ էլ հրաժարվելու համար հնացած ու ոչ արդյունավետ, ծախասատար մեթոդներից:
