Արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում

Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 9-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 02:10-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել Թումանյան փողոցի 1-ին շենքի բնակիչներից, ովքեր հայտնել են, որ իրենց շենքի 6-րդ բնակարանից ջուրը լցվում է իրենց տներ, անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը նշված բնակարանի դուռը բացելու համար: 

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի թիվ 17 փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները:

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Նիկողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Քանի որ ջուրը անգամ 3-րդ հարկի պատշգամբից էր թափվում, տեղում ծառայություն են կատարել նույն վաշտի պարեկ Մելիք Մելոյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Ազատ Սահակյանը: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ: 

Դեպքի վայրում հարևանները ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասում էին. «Ժամը 12:00-ից նկատել ենք, թե 3-րդ հարկի բնակարանից ինչպես է ջուրը լցվում հարևանների տներ: Մինչև ժամը 02:00-ն մի քանի անգամ ահազանգել են «Վեոլիա ջուր», որտեղից պատասխանել են, որ շաբաթ-կիրակի է իրենք կմոտենան միայն երկուշաբթի, քանի որ հանգստյան օրեր են, և իրենք այդտեղ անելիք չունեն: Եթե մոտենան էլ բարի կամքի դրսևորում է դա լինելու, իսկ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի թեժ գիծն ու Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմից զանգերին պատասխանում են, թե հանգստյան օր է, աշխատողները հանգստի մեջ են:

Համատիրությունից էլ մինչև ժամը 04:30 հրաժարվում են մոտենալ, որպեսզի իրենց ներկայությամբ փրկարարները կարողանային բացել տան դուռը»: Միայն մի քանի զանգերից հետո համատիրության նախագահի հանձնարարականով՝ համատիրության ներկայացուցիչը ժամանեց, որից հետո փրկարարները արտաքին միջամտությամբ բացեցին տան դուռը:

 Պարզվեց, որ վնասվել է լոգարանի ծորակը, ինչի պատճառով էլ ջուրն անխնա ողողել էր ողջ տունը ու վնասել նաև հարևանների առաստաղներն ու բնակարանները:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
