Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել

2021 թվականի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախընտրական ծրագրում խոստացել ենք մինչեւ 2026 թվականը նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը հավասարեցնել պարենային զամբյուղի արժեքին:

Այսօրվանից Հայաստանում նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը կբարձրանա՝ 31 հազար 600 դրամից դառնալով 36 հազար դրամ: 36 հազար դրամը Հայաստանում այս պահին հաստատված նվազագույն պարենային զամբյուղի արժեքի 99.5 տոկոսն է:
Իսկ այն կենսաթոշակառուները, ովքեր իրենց թոշակը ծախսում են անկանխիկ եւ օգտվում են 10 տոկոսի չափով ետվճարի ստացման ծրագրից, փաստացի կստանան պարենային զամբյուղի 106 տոկոսից բարձր գումար:

Սա աննախադեպ իրադարձություն է մեր երկրի պատմության համար: Առաջին անգամ կենսաթոշակառուն կենսաթոշակի ծախսումով կկարողանա հոգալ իր նվազագույն պարենային ծախսերը: Ընդ որում, նվազագույն կենսաթոշակ ստանում է կենսաթոշակառուների միայն 12 տոկոսը (շուրջ 73 հազար մարդ): Մյուս՝ շուրջ 500 հազար կենսաթոշակառուների թոշակը 36 հազարից ավելի բարձր է եւ հուլիսի 1-ից նրանց կենսաթոշակը նույնպես կբարձրանա:

Ընդգծեմ նաեւ, որ 2018 թվականի Հեղափոխության պահին Հայաստանում նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը եղել է 16 հազար դրամ: Այսինքն՝ վերջին հինգ տարում նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը ավելի քան կրկնապատկվել է:
