SolarBotanic Trees ստարտափը ներկայացրել է «արևային ծառեր» էլեկտրական մեքենաները լիցքավորելու համար. դրանք յոթ մետրանոց սնկերի տեսք ունեն

3dnews.ru-ն գրում է, որ SolarBotanic Trees-ը ներկայացրել է 7 մետրանոց ծածկով մետաղական ծառեր, որոնք կորսան արեգակնային էներգիան նանոֆոտովալտայիկ «տերևների» միջոցով և կպահեն այն մարտկոցի մեջ, որը տեղադրված է ծառի բնում: Ենթադրվում է, որ կուտակված էլեկտրաէներգիան կօգտագործվի էլեկտրական մեքենաների լիցքավորման համար։ Ընկերությունը վերջերս է ավարտել նախնական նախատիպը և այժմ փորձում է ստեղծել և փորձարկել դրա ամբողջական չափսի տարբերակը: Ծառերի կոմերցիոն արտադրությունը նախատեսվում է սկսել տարեվերջին։
