«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը» վերահաստատում է Արցախի համար պայքարում կարմիր գծերը չհատելու իր դիրքորոշումը

Հունիսի 7-ին «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման նորընտիր խորհուրդը հանդիպում է ունեցել  Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ: Հանդիպումը կայացել է Շարժման խորհրդի նախաձեռնությամբ՝ հունիսի 4-ից Բերձորի՝ «Լաչինի միջանցք»-ում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական ապօրինի անցակետով քաղաքացիական անձանց երթևեկի հարցը քննարկելու նպատակով։

Նախօրեին «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումը հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ դատապարտելով եւ անընդունելի համարելով Արցախի իշխանությունների կողմից նախապես հայտարարված կարմիր գծերի խախտումը: Զուգահեռաբար, նույն այդ հարցով, Շարժման խորհուրդը նամակներ էր հղել պատասխանատու շրջանակներին՝ այդ թվում ԱՀ նախագահին, հիմավորելով իր դիրքորոշումը, մանրամասնելով մտահոգությունները, հարցականի տակ դնելով որոշումների կայացման նման ընթացակարգը եւ առաջարկել հանդիպել՝ բացատրություն ստանալու եւ հարցը քննարկելու նպատակով:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԱՀ նախագահը ներկայացրել է Արցախի ապագայի վերաբերյալ իր պատկերացումները, անդրադարձել նաև հիշատակված որոշման կայացման դրդապատճառներին: «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ»-i Խորհրդի անդամները ներկայացրել են ադրբեջանական հսկիչ անցակետի առկայության անընդունելիությունը, դրա հետևանքով առաջացող քաղաքական և անվտանգային խնդիրներն ու հնարավոր ռիսկերը։ Շեշտվել է նաև իշխանությունների կողմից՝ նման գործընթացներում պահանջվող թափանցիկության և հայտարարված դիրքորոշումների հետևողական պաշտպանության բացակայությունը:

Ավելի քան երկու ժամ տևած քննարկման ընթացքում հանրային շարժման խորհրդի անդամները պնդել են իրենց տեսակետները՝ ուշադրություն հրավիրելով բարձրացված խնդիրների անվտանգային, քաղաքական, հանրային ընկալման ասպեկտների վրա:

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժումը վերահաստատում է ազատ, անվտանգ, երջանիկ ու հայկական Արցախի համար պայքարում կարմիր գծերը չհատելու իր դիրքորոշումը և հետևողական է լինելու այդ գործընթացում Արցախի հանրությանը համախմբելու գործում:
