Գլոբալ էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը խափանում է համաշխարհային ծրագրերը

ՄԱԿ-ի համաշխարհային բանկի, առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության և միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալության համատեղ զեկույցը նախազգուշացնում է, որ առկա պայմաններում բավարար ջանքեր չեն գործադրվում համատեղ ծրագրերի 7-րդ նպատակին հասնելու համար։

Մասնավորապես նշվում է, թե չնայած առանձին ուղղություններով առաջընթացին, օրինակ էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների օգտագործման տեմպերի շեշտակի աճին, բավարար չէ հասնելու նախանշված նպատակին մինչև 2030 թվականը։

Մասնավորապես այդ միջազգային կառույցների թիվ 7-րդ նպատակը նշանակում է հասնել արևային էներգիայի օգտագործման առնվազն 40% և ավելին աշխարհի գրեթե բոլոր երկրներում։ Այդ նպատակի իրագործումը դրական ազդեցություն կունենա մարդկանց առողջության և բարեկեցության վրա, կօգնի պաշտպանել բնապահպանական և սոցիալական ռիսկերից, ինչպես օդի ախտոտումն է, կընդլայնի մատչելիությունը առաջնային բժշկական օգնությանն ու ծառտայություններին։

Զեկույցում սակայն նշվում է, որ գլոբալ էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը, որը խորացել է Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի հետևանքով, խափանելու է էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների օգտագործումը և էներգոարդյունաբերության բարձրացմանը, սակայն միայն առանձին վերցրած երկրներում, հատկապես ստեղծված իրավիճակում, երբ էներգետիկան դարձել է լրջագույն քաղաքական լծակ, առաջին հերթին զարգացած և զարգացող երկրները մտածում են սեփական շահերի մասին, և մնացած ողջ աշխարհը վերականգնվող էներգիայով ապահովելու մարդասիրական նկատառումներն առայժմ մղվել են երկրորդ պլան, ուստի առայժմ մինչև 2030 թվականը 1,9 միլիարդ մարդ կմնան անվտանգ սննդի պատրաստման համար սարքավորումների, իսկ 660 միլիոնը առանց էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատչելիության։

Հայաստանն իհարկե աշխարհի տասնյակ, եթե ոչ 100-ից ավելի երկրներից առաջ է գտնվում այս առումով, ունի սեփական էներգետիկ ռեսուրսները, ինչպես նաև կարողանում է դրսից արդյունահանվող վառելիք ներմուծել, սակայն արևի էներգիայի կիրառումը չափազանց կարևոր է մեր երկրի համար։ Երկրում, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
