«Խաղաղությունը կլինի Հայաստանի հաղթանակը». ռուս քաղաքագետ

Բլոգեր Բորիս Պաստուխովը, որը պարբերաբար հարցազրույցներ է անցկացնում տարբեր թեմաների շուրջ, մայիսի 23-ի թողարկման ընթացքում հայտնի քաղաքագետ, փորձագետ, քաղտեխնոլոգ Վլադիմիր Պաստուխովի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել է հասարակական-քաղաքական մի շարք իրադարձությունների:

Հարցազրույցի ամենաուշագրավ հատվածում մտքեր են փոխանակվել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործունեության եւ նրա վարած քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ:

- Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ճանաչել Ադրբեջանի սահմանները՝ ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, բայց կպնդի, որ այն համաձայնեցվի Ղարաբաղի հայության և ադրբեջանական կառավարության հետ: Կարող է ստացվել այնպես, որ դա դիտվի որպես Հայաստանի պարտություն, թե դա իրականում ելք է: Ինձ թվում է, որ դա կլինի Հայաստանի հաղթանակը՝ կորցնելով տարածքները տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը կայունացնելու տեսակետից: Դուք հավատո՞ւմ եք, որ դրանից հետո հնարավոր է խաղաղ ապրել՝ առանց պատերազմի:

Վլադիմիր Պաստուխով

- Ես վերջին տարիներին հետևում եմ Փաշինյանին: Պետք է ասեմ, որ յուրօրինակ է, ուրիշներին նման չէ. հետսովետական լիդերների հետ համեմատած՝ նա պոպուլիստ չէ: Նա եկավ մի ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ քաղաքական կյանքում պոպուլիզմը հիմնական մեյնսթրիմն է, այս պայմաններում նրա գոյատևելը՝ գաղտնիք: Գտնում եմ, որ այն ուղղությունը, որը նա ընտրել է, կարող է լինել նախադեպ, չբերի սպասված արդյունքի, շատ հասուն է, անկախ նրանից՝ կարելի՞ է արդյոք այսօր անել այն, ինչ ցանկանում է: Որպես պետական գործիչ՝ նա աշխատում է ապագայի, հեռանկարի համար. անցնելով ցավի և արյան միջով, մտածել՝ նվաստացուցիչ զիջումների գնով, ժողովրդի և նրա գենոֆոնդի պահպանման մասին: Կարծում եմ, որ եթե նման բան կատարվեր, ապա դա կլիներ անվերապահորեն Հայաստանի հաղթանակն ինքն իր նկատմամբ, առաջին հերթին պատմական աշխարհայացքի սահմանափակման առումով: Ելքն այս պարադիգմայից՝ մահանալ հանուն պատմական հիշողության: Դրանում ես հասկանում եմ այդ լուծումների ոչ միանշանակությունը: Ոչ մի երաշխիք չկա և չի էլ կարող լինել,  որ հակառակ կողմը կցուցաբերի  անհրաժեշտ հումանիզմը, բարիությունը, ըմբռնումը. դրա համար պետք է երկկողմանի ընկալում լինի: Ադրբեջանը, «կուլ տալով» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, պետք է խուսափի ցեղասպանության, ասիմիլյացիայի փորձերից, անկլավ ստեղծելուց և այլ չարիքներից: Իսկ դա քիչ հավանական է...

Ե՛վ Հայաստանի, և՛ Ադրբեջանի համար շահեկան է կոնֆլիկտի ավարտը նաև եվրաինտեգրման տեսակետից: Ռուսաստանն ունի մեծագույն ազդեցություն այս երկու երկրների քաղաքական կյանքի վրա, և ինչպես մոսկվամետ ադրբեջանական կլանները, այնպես էլ ռուսամետ հայկականները, կանեն ամեն ինչ, որ դա տեղի չունենա: Դրա համար ես հիմա խոսում եմ այդ նախաձեռնության ավելի շատ բարոյապատմական նշանակության մասին, քան պրակտիկ-քաղաքական իմաստով: Ես հավատում եմ բարության ուժին՝ անկախ նրանից, թե պետք է ավելի վեր լինի պատմական հիշողությունից՝ հանուն նրա, որ մնալ ինչ-որ մեկի հիշողության մեջ: Կարելի է այնպես խորասուզվել, որ հետագայում հիշելու բան էլ չի մնա...
