«Հեռուստաընկերությունը կտրականապես դեմ է հյուրերի ընտրության խտրական քաղաքականությանը»․ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերություն

Համացանցում լայն տարածում էր ստացել և քննադատության արժանացել «Կերպարից դուրս» հաղորդաշարի հարցազրույցների մեկը, որի շրջանակում ռեփեր Սուպեր Սաքոն անդրադառնում է Կոմիտասի ստեղծած երաժշտությանը։ Մի շարք հանրային դեմքեր, օգտատերեր պահանջել են, որ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը հեռացնի հարցազրույցը։ 

Հեռուստատեսությունը տարածել է պաշտոնական հայտարարություն, որում գրված էր․ «Հարգելի՛ հեռուստադիտողներ։ Ըստ ՀՀ օրենսդրության՝ Հանրային հեռարձակողը պարտավոր է «հեռուստառադիոլսարանին մատուցել այնպիսի հաղորդաշարեր և հաղորդումների տեսակներ, որոնցում ներկայացվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարբեր տարածաշրջանների, ազգային փոքրամասնությունների, հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի ու սոցիալական խմբերի շահերը»: Հավատարիմ մնալով մեր օրենսդրական պարտավորություններին՝ Առաջին ալիքը հարթակ է տրամադրում մեր հասարակության տարբեր շերտերին: Սակայն վերջին շրջանում Հանրայինը հաճախ է քննադատության ենթարկվում տարբեր կարծիքներ ունեցող անձանց եթերաժամանակ տրամադրելու համար, մինչդեռ «հանրային» բառը արտահայտում է հենց այդ բազմազանությունը և բազմակարծությունը:
Հեռուստաընկերությունը կտրականապես դեմ է հյուրերի ընտրության խտրական քաղաքականությանը՝ հենվելով տարբեր խմբերի նախապատվությունների և կարծիքների վրա: Մենք մերժում ենք գրաքննության և խոսքի ազատության սահմանփակման փորձերը: Հանրայինի եթերում հեռարձակվող հարցազրույցներն ու հաղորդումները ոչ միայն տեղեկատվական բնույթ են կրում, այլև ներկայացնում են տարբեր անհատների կարծիքներ, և դրանց ցուցադրումը չի նշանակում, որ Հեռուստաընկերությունը կիսում է արտահայտված մտքերը:
Հանրային հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող անձանց հայացքները կարող են պարունակել վիճելի դրույթներ, ազատ հասարակությունում դրանք կարող են քննարկվել, քննադատվել. դա է պահանջում բազմակարծությունը:
Անդրադառնալով նման մեկնաբանություններ առաջացրած վերջին դեպքին՝ նշենք, որ անձը հրավիրվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով հանրության շրջանակում իր ունեցած լսարանը: Նշենք, որ զրույցի ընթացքում հաղորդավարն ուղիղ տեքստով հերքում է հյուրի արտահայտած կարծիքը Կոմիտասի մասին։
Առաջին ալիքի ծրագրային քաղաքականության կենտրոնում են մեծանուն հայերի՝ այդ թվում և Կոմիտասին նվիրված հաղորդումների, համերգների, ֆիլմաշարերի, ինչպես նաև ամեն տարի անցկացվող «Կոմիտաս» միջազգային գիտաժողով-փառատոնի համերգային հատվածի նկարահանումն ու ցուցադրումը: Միայն վերջին 30 օրվա ընթացքում Հանրայինը ցուցադրել է Կոմիտաս Վարդապետի կյանքի և ժառանգության մասին պատմող 13 ծրագիր:
Հանրայինն ուշադիր հետևում է հանրության կարծիքներին ու հատկապես քննադատություններին և դրանք հաշվի է առնում եթերացանցը կառուցելիս»։
