Շիրակի մարզում մեկնարկեց Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցումը, այն կտևի 3 տարի

Շիրակի մարզպետ Մուշեղ Մուրադյանն այսօր մասնակցել է Գերմանիայի ֆինանսական համագործակցությամբ KFW բանկի վարկային միջոցներով և ՀՀ կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող Կապսի ջրամբարի և օժանդակ կառուցվածքների կառուցման հիմնարկեքի պաշտոնական արարողությանը, որին ներկան են գտնվել ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության  և Չինաստանի ժողովրդական Հանրապետության  արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանները, ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, Էմմա Պալյանը, Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի, KFW բանկի, շինարարական և վերահսկող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Գյումրի քաղաքից 22 կմ դեպի հյուսիս՝ Ախուրյանի գետահովտում գտնվող Կապսի ջրամբարի շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկը տրվել էր 1985 թվականին: 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից հետո աշխատանքներն առ ժամանակ դադարեցվել էին, իսկ 1993 թվականից՝ ընդհանրապես կասեցվել։ Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի հետ 2023 թվականի  ապրիլի 21-ին  կնքվել է Կապսի ջրամբարի և օժանդակ կառուցվածքների ծրագրի շինարարության համաձայնագիրը։ Ծրագրի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմում է 95,2 միլիոն եվրո, որից 68,5 եվրոն վարկային միջոցներ են՝  ներգրավված KFW բանկից, մնացածը ՀՀ կառավարության համաֆինասավորումն է։

Համապետական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող Կապսի ջրամբարի կառուցման նպատակը Շիրակի մարզում Ախուրյան գետի սահմանափակ ջրային ռեսուրսների կայուն օգտագործմանը նպաստելն է:

 

Նշենք, որ ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում կբարձրացվի Շիրակի մայր և Ախուրյանի աջափնյա ջրանցքների և շուրջ 17000 հա հողատարածքների ջրապահովվածության մակարդակը։ Բացի այդ, հնարավորություն կստեղծվի 2280 հա հողատարածքների մեխանիկական ոռոգումը փոխարինել ինքնահոս ոռոգման եղանակի՝ տարեկան խնայելով 1,3 մլն կվտ/ժամ էլեկտրաէներգիա։ Ջրամբարի շինարարությամբ պայմանավորված Ջրաձոր գյուղի բնակչության համար կկառուցվի նոր բնակավայր ջրամբարի հարևանությամբ:

Հիմնարկեքի արարողությունից հետո մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել է տեղեկատվություն Կապսի ջրամբարի և նոր Ջրաձոր գյուղի կառուցման մասին։
