Պուտինը և Ռաիսին մասնակցում են Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղային հատվածի ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրման արարողությանը

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Իրանի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը և Էբրահիմ Ռաիսին չորեքշաբթի մասնակցում են Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղային հատվածի ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրման արարողությանը։ Ռուսական պետության ղեկավարը նրան միացել է տեսակապով, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը։

Փաստաթղթի համաձայն՝ Մոսկվան և Թեհրանը համատեղ կֆինանսավորեն նախագծման, շինարարության, ինչպես նաև ապրանքների և ծառայությունների մատակարարումը։ Համաձայնագիրը կստորագրեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տրանսպորտի նախարար Վիտալի Սավելևը և Իրանի ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության նախարար Մեհրդադ Բազրպաշը։ Ռուսական կողմից արարողությանը ներկա է նաև փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսանդր Նովակը։

Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթգծի երկարությունը կկազմի 170 կմ։ Այն անհրաժեշտ է Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի ցամաքային հատվածները միացնելու համար, ինչը կբարձրացնի անդրկասպյան երթուղու տնտեսական արդյունավետությունը։ Ենթադրվում է, որ Ռեշտ-Աստարա գիծը կկառուցվի Մոսկվայի և Թեհրանի մասնակցությամբ, իսկ Աստարա (իրանական քաղաք) - Աստարա (ադրբեջանական քաղաք) գիծը՝ Մոսկվայի, Թեհրանի և Բաքվի մասնակցությամբ։

Պուտինը ավելի վաղ նշել էր, որ այս նախագիծը հետաքրքրում է ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը և Իրանին, այլև համաշխարհային առևտրի բոլոր մասնակիցներին, քանի որ լոգիստիկայի տեսանկյունից «սա զգալի հավելում է Սուեզի ջրանցքի և սևծովյան նեղուցների համար»: ՌԴ նախագահի խոսքով՝ նման որոշումը «նվազեցնում է երթուղու արժեքը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ապրանքների վերջնական գինն ավելի ցածր կլինի»։
