Յունիբանկը անդամակցել է Ֆրանսիա- Հայաստան Առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատին

Յունիբանկը դարձել է Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի (Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան ԱԱՊ) անդամ: Այն հնարավորություն կտա բանկին իր մասնակցությունն ունենալ Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան ԱԱՊ-ի անդամների միջև գործարար կապերի ամրապնդմնանն ու զարգացմանը: Համագործակցության շրջանակում Յունիբանկը մտադիր է իրականացնել նոր նախագծեր՝ ընդլայնելով հարաբերությունները ֆրանսահայ գործարար համայնքի և Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական ընկերությունների հետ:
 
Այս տարի Յունիբանկի Վարչության նախագահ Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը և Խորհրդի անդամ Ֆիլիպ Դելմոտը Փարիզում մասնակցեցին Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան առաջին տնտեսական գագաթնաժողովին, որն ուղղված էր երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական հարաբերությունների ներուժի զարգացմանը, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական և կայուն ու առանց ածխածնի տնտեսությանը:
 
Ֆրանսիա-Հայաստան առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի գործունեությունը խթանում է Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական ընկերությունների հիմնումը, ինչպես նաև աջակցում ֆրանսիական և հայկական ընկերություններին՝  տրամադրելով նրանց առևտրային ծառայություններ և անհրաժեշտ խորհրդատվություն:
 
Յունիբանկն իր գործունեություն է սկսել 2001թ.-ին: Յունիբանկի զարգացման հիմնական ուղղություներն են՝ մանրածախ բիզնեսը, ՓՄՁ-ներին աջակցությունը, private banking-ը և միջազգային հաշվարկները: Բանկն ունի 54 մասնաճյուղ և 100-ից ավելի պրոմո կետ: Յունիբանկի ծառայություններից օգտվում է Հայաստանի աշխատունակ բնակչության գրեթե մեկ երրորդը:
 
Յունիբանկն առաջինը Հայաստանում անցկացրեց IPO և տեղաբաշխեց իր արժեթղթերը բորսայում: 2022թ.-ին Յունիբանկը ճանաչվեց Բաժնետոմսերի լավագույն տեղաբաշխող` Բորսայի կորպորատիվ արժեթղթերի տեղաբաշխման համակարգով:
 
Բանկն ակտիվորեն օգտագործում է ֆինանսական տեխնոլոգիաներն ու նորամուծությունները՝  ժամանակակից սպասարկում ապահովելու համար: Լինելով մանրածախ շուկայի առաջատարներից մեկն է՝ Յունիբանկը  գործարկել է արհեստական բանականության վրա հիմնված վարկային սքորինգ: Բանկի հաճախորդների համար արդեն հասանելի են Apple Pay և Google Pay անհպում վճարումները: 2022թ.-ի արդյունքներով Visa-ն Յունիբանկին շնորհել է Strong partnership in driving cashless մրցանակը:
Դեկարբոնացման նպատակով կանաչ էներգիային անցումը Յունիբանկի զարգացման ռազմավարության հիմնական բաղադրիչներից մեկն է: Յունիբանկի տվյալների մշակման կենտրոնն այժմ ամբողջությամբ սնուցվում է արևային էներգիայով:
 
ESG Sustainalytics ոլորտում առաջատար վերլուծական ընկերության փորձագետները ներկայացրել են երկրորդ կողմի կարծիքը Յունիբանկի «կանաչ» պարտատոմսերի թողարկման հայեցակարգի վերաբերյալ և հաստատել դրա համապատասխանությունը միջազգային չափանիշներին և Green Bonds Principles 2021-ի պահանջներին:
 
Յունիբանկի private banking-ը՝  Յունիբանկ Պրիվեն, ճանաչվել է լավագույնը Հայաստանում՝ ըստ Euromoney Global Private Banking Awards 2023-ի:
 
Moody's Investors Service միջազգային գործակալությունը Յունիբանկին շնորհել է B2 վարկանիշը՝ «կայուն» կանխատեսմամբ:
