Ապրելու Երկիր կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որին կից գրել է.

Ես առաջարկում եմ երևանցիներին՝ Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա ընտրությունները վերածել իշխանության անվստահության հանրաքվեի։
 
Ընդ որում, սա ամենևին չի նշանակում աչքաթող անել Երևանի զարգացման տեսլականը, որը կարճ ժամանակ անց ներկայացնելու ենք Երևանի բնակիչներին
Երևանը նաև պետք է արժանավույնս արձագանքի իշխանությունների՝ Երևանում իշխանությունը զավթելու փորձին։
 
Մինչև ապրիլի 25-ը գործող ավագանին պարտավոր է իր կազմից ընտրել Երևանի քաղաքապետ՝ համաձայն օրենսդրության։ Սակայն երևանցու քվեի հետ կապ չունեցող՝ չընտրված, բայց դե-ֆակտո քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի՝ Հանրայինի եթերով հնչեցված խոսքից պարզ է դառնում, որ այդպիսի մտադրություն չունեն։
Մարդ, ով նախաձեռնել է Երևանի էկոցիդը, մտածում է, որ ինքն է որոշում, թե երբ կլինեն ընտրությունները։ Իսկ ինչո՞ւ մտադիր չեն անելու, ի՞նչ եք կարծում։ Որովհետև գործող իշխանությունը պարզապես վախենում է արտահերթ ընտրություն անցկացնելուց, քանի որ համոզված է՝ օրինական եղանակով անհնարին է իրենց վերարտադրությունը։
 
Սակայն, եթե մինչև ապրիլի 25-ը չընտրվեց նոր քաղաքապետ, Երևանի ավագանին պետք է լուծարվի օրենքով սահմանված կարգով՝ կառավարության որոշմամբ։ Ու, եթե կառավարությունը, ինչպես բոլոր հարցերում, այնպես էլ այս հարցում, մատնվի անգործության՝ ԿՀԱՆԴԻՊԵՆՔ ԴԱՏԱՐԱՆՈՒՄ։
