Հայաստանին աղետ է սպառնում. մեր բնակչության 70 տոկոսն ապրում է Ռուսաստանի հաշվին. Նաիրի Սարգսյան

Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք հակամարտության ողջ ընթացքում Ռուսաստանը կրում է արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների ծանր հետևանքները. այդ պատժամիջոցների ցանկը պարբերաբար Արևմուտքը թարմացնում է և լրացնում նորերով։ Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ քննարկվում է նաև արևմտյան պատժամիջոցներին՝ Հայաստանի միանալու հարցը, ավելին, վերջերս հրապարակում եղավ առ այն, որ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի ԱՄՆ կատարած այցի շրջանակներում Վաշինգտոնում քննարկվել է նաև հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների շրջանցումը կանխելու հարցը, և Երևանին պարտադրել են միանալ հակառուսական պատժամիջոցներին։ Հարցը քննարկվել է փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Ուոլլի Ադեյեմոյի հանդիպման ժամանակ, և օրակարգային է եղել նաև ԱՄՆ առևտրի նախարարի օգնական Թեա Քենդելլի մի քանի օր առաջ Երևան կատարած այցի շրջանակներում: Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանը համարվում է Հայաստանի առևտրային թիվ մեկ գործընկերը, Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառության 70 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում ՌԴ և ԵԱՏՄ երկրներին։

168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, խոսելով արևմտյան այդ պատժամիջոցներին միանալու հետևանքների մասին, ընդգծեց.

«Ռուսաստանը հաստատ մեր լավ բարեկամը չէ, բայց, միևնույն ժամանակ, հաստատ Արևմուտքի հետ համեմատելի բարեկամ էլ չէ։ Եթե Հայաստան փոխանցվող տրանսֆերտների գերակշռող մասը գալիս է հենց Ռուսաստանից, ապա կարելի է ասել, որ Հայաստանի բնակչության 70 տոկոսն ու ավելին ապրում է Ռուսաստանի հաշվին։ Կարծում եմ՝ այս Կառավարությունն անելու է հերթական քայլը և հրաժարվելու է Ռուսաստանից, իսկ այդ դեպքում Հայաստանին աղետ է սպառնում»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ Ռուսաստանն ունի Հայաստանի ունեցածից շատ ավելի բերրի հողեր և կարող է ստանալ այն գյուղմթերքի ծավալը, որը ներմուծում է Հայաստանից, ինչը շատ հաճախ թույլատրում էր իր քաղաքական շահն առաջ տանելու համար։

«Փոխարենը՝ Արևմուտքը Հայաստանին տալիս է դրամաշնորհներ, որոնցով արգելում է Հայաստանից ապրանքի արտահանումն իր երկիր։ Ստացվում է՝ մեզ փող են տալիս, որ մենք հետո այդ փողը տանք իրենց և իրենց երկրից ներմուծում իրականացնենք, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանը մեզ չի արգելում արտահանումը։ Հաջորդ փուլով Հայաստանի սննդի արդյունաբերությամբ զբաղվող գործարանները կփակվեն, որովհետև չեն ունենա արտահանման շուկա, և դա հետագայում չի կարող լինել թուրքականը, քանզի Արևմտյան Հայաստանի տարածքում բացված գործարաններին Թուրքիան տրամադրում է վարկերի սուբսիդավորում, գործարանները Հայաստանի գործարանների հետ համեմատած՝ ունեն մրցակցային շատ լավ պայմաններ։ Ստացվում է՝ մեր տնտեսությունը կանգնում է, և մենք դառնում ենք չարչի ժողովուրդ՝ ավելացնելով արտագաղթը»,- ասաց Նաիրի Սարգսյանը։
