Համագործակցության հուշագիր Զանգեզուրի կոմբինատի և Կապանի համայնքապետարանի միջև

Համագործակցության հուշագիր Զանգեզուրի կոմբինատի և Կապանի համայնքապետարանի միջև.
 
Ապրիլի 6-ին Կապանի մշակույթի կենտրոնում առաջին անգամ Կապանի համայնքապետարանի և «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի միջև ստորագրվեց համագործակցության հուշագիր։ Փաստաթուղթը 5-ամյա գործունեության համար է, որտեղ ըստ տարիների նախանշված է գործողությունների պլանը։ Կողմերը համագործակցելու են տնտեսական, սոցիալական, քաղաքաշինական, կրթական, մշակութային, մարզական և այլ ոլորտներում։
 
Հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին և Կապանի համայնքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը։ «ԶՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին և Կապանի համայնքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը կարևորեցին փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը՝ այն համարելով ավելի բարձր մակարդակի փոխհարաբերությունների սկիզբ։
Հուշագրի ստորագրման արարողությունից հետո ԶՊՄԿ ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին մասնավորապես նշեց․
 
«Հուշագրի ստորագրումը բիզնեսի և համայնքի միջև ճիշտ փոխհարաբերությունների դրսևորում է։ Մենք բարեգործություն չենք անում, այլ միասին աշխատում ենք յուրաքանչյուրս մեր մասով, ինչը առաջին հերթին հայ ժողովրդի բարեկեցության համար է։ Մեր պարտականություններից է նաև սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն ունենալ այն համայնքների նկատմամբ, որտեղ գործունեություն ենք ծավալում։ Մինչ այս էլ աջակցել ենք համայնքին, այսուհետ էլ դրա ծավալները միայն ու միայն կավելանան»։
Համայնքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ այս իրողությունը ամրագրվելու է համագործակցության պատմության էջերում։
 
«Լիահույս եմ, որ սրանով հիմք ենք դնելու ավելի բարձր մակարդակի համագործակցության։ Մենք շատ բարձր ենք գնահատում ԶՊՄԿ-ի կորպորատիվ, սոցիալական պատասխանատվության մակարդակը և այդ շրջանակում բարի կամքի դրսևորումը»։
 
Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաև ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վարդան Ջհանյանը, գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արթուր Նիկողոսյանը, Կայուն զարգացման գծով տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը։
