ԱՄՆ-ն ավելացնում է Չինաստանից արևային մարտկոցների ներկրումը

Rg.ru-ն գրում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Չինաստանից արևային մարտկոցների ներմուծումն աճել է ԱՄՆ օրենսդրության պատճառով առաջացած երկարատև դադարից հետո: Մաքուր էներգիայի նախագծերի սառեցման և կլիմայի փոփոխության բարձր ռիսկերը վտանգել են Բայդենի վարչակազմի նպատակները։ Այժմ չինական ընկերություններին, որոնց վահանակները կանգ են առել սահմանին կամ սպասում են առաքման թույլտվությանը, կարելի է մտցնել ԱՄՆ շուկա:
Խնդիրներ են առաջացել չինական Trina, Jinko և Longi Green Energy Technology ընկերությունների հետ: Նրանց բաժին է ընկնում ԱՄՆ վահանակների առաքումների մինչև մեկ երրորդը: Trina Solar Co Ltd-ն Reuters-ին հայտնել է, որ իր արևային մարտկոցների ավելի քան 900 մեգավատտները մաքսազերծվել են վերջին չորս ամսվա ընթացքում։ Ընդ որում, ապրանքների 1 տոկոսից պակասը պահվում է ստուգման համար։ Այդ քանակը բավարար է ավելի քան 150 000 տների էլեկտրասնուցման համար: Jinko Solar Holding Co Ltd-ի բեռները նույնպես բաց են թողնվում և մուտք են գործում ԱՄՆ շուկա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ անցյալ տարվա հունիսին ԱՄՆ-ն ընդունել է Ույղուրների հարկադիր աշխատանքի պաշտպանության օրենքը: Ամերիկացիները մեղադրել են արտադրողներին աշխատողների իրավունքները ոտնահարելու մեջ և պահանջել են տրամադրել բոլոր փաստաթղթերը՝ սկսած տվյալներից, թե որտեղից և երբ են ձեռք բերվել հումքը։ Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ Վաշինգտոնի գործողություններն ուղղված են համաշխարհային շուկայում Չինաստանին ճնշելուն։ Դրանք խաթարում են միջազգային առևտրի կայունությունը և խզում մատակարարման շղթաները: Հենց որ վերլուծաբանները հաշվարկեցին Բայդենի վարչակազմի նպատակների համար ֆիքսված էներգետիկ նախագծերի սառեցման կորուստները, Չինաստանից վերսկսվեց արևային մարտկոցների մատակարարումը։
