Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը Հայաստանի իշխանություններին կոչ է անում վերանայել Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման հարցը

Մարտի 25-ին Ռուսաստանի հայերի միութունում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Հայաստանի կողմից Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման հետ կապված հարցը:

Չնայած, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը դեռ չի քննարկել այս հարցը (որոշումն ուժի մեջ կմտնի միայն խորհրդարանի վավերացումից հետո): այս քայլը բացասական է գնահատվել հայ հասարակության կողմից՝ ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանում և այլ երկրներում:

ՌՀՄ ակտիվի խորհրդակցության մասնակիցների դիքորոշումը հետևյալն է.

Այս որոշումն առաջին հերթին ուղղված է հայկական պետականության շահերի և Հայաստանի ու Արցախի բնակաչության անվտանգության դեմ, որն այսօր, անկախ ամեն ինչից, երաշխավորում և ապահովում է Ռուսասատանը: Նա Հայաստանի հետ կապված է ռազմաքաղաքական ռազմավարական դաշնակցային հարաբերություններով, տնտեսական և հումանիտար կապերով՝ ոչ միան երկկողմ (102-րդ ռազմաբազա, սահմանապահներ, խաղաղապահներ, էներգակիրներ, մի շարք կարևոր ապրանքներ և այլն), այլև ՀԱՊԿ և ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում:

Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը հույս է հայտնում, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը քվեարկության ժամանակ հաշվի կառնի առաջին հերթին Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի երեք միլիոնանոց հայ համայնքի շահերը, որտեղից տասնամյակներ շարունակ Հայաստանի բնակչությունը էական տնտեձսական օժանդակություն է ստանում:

Հաշվի առնելով հասարակական արձագանքը՝ մենք կարծում ենք, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին և սփյուռքի հայությանը կհետաքրքրի Հայաստանի վարչապետի և նախագահի կարծիքը, ովքեր կարող են հրապարակավ արտահայտվել այս առիթով, որովհետև այն կրում է քաղաքական բնույթ, այլ ոչ թե հայկական արդարադատության իբր ժողովրդավարության կամ անկախության վկայություն է, ինչպես դա փորձում են ներկայացնել որոշ հայաստանյան գործիչներ:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների այն պնդումներին, թե նման որոշմամբ պայմաններ կստեղծվեն ալիևյան ռեժիմի ռազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ ՄՔԴ դիմելու համար, ապա պետք է հիշեցնել, որ Ադրբեջանը, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանի գրեթե բոլոր մյուս երկրները՝ Իրանը, Վրաստանը, Իսրայելը, Թուրքիան և մյուսները, ՄՔԴ Հռոմի ստատուտի մասնակից չէ և բացարձակ անտեսում է այդ դատարանի մեկ ամիս առաջ ընդունած վճիռը, որը պարտավորեցնում է Ադրբեջանին՝ բացել Լաչինի միջանցքը:

Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը Հայատանի իշխանություններին կոչ է անում դրսևորել ինքնուրույնություն և վերանայել Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացման հարցը:
