Unibank will take part in “TOON EXPO 2023” international exhibition

Unibank will participate in “TOON EXPO 2023”, the largest international real estate and development exhibition, which will take place in Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex from March 31 to April 2, 2023. The exhibition will be held from 12:00-20:00. 

Both retail and business products and service will be presented at the bank's stand. Mortgage lending programs with developers enable the bank to offer clients the most favorable conditions for buying an apartment within the framework of exclusive partnership projects. To purchase apartments in the primary market, Unibank provides AMD mortgage loans with an annual interest rate of 10.9% and a 10% prepayment, which is one of the best offers on the market.

The bank's specialists will also present in detail the possibilities and advantages of lending to enterprises in the construction and real estate sectors. A business loan in  Unibank is provided starting at 5% annual interest rate in EUR, for up to 5 years. An important advantage of the loan is the possibility of a 12-month grace period, during which the borrower pays only the interest. The loan is also provided for the purpose of refinancing current loans in other banks.

More than 80 organizations will participate in TOON EXPO 2023, including construction and renewable energy companies, real estate agencies, banks, air conditioning and heating system suppliers, specialty stores. Along with the exhibition, thematic seminars and prize draws will be held.
