Հայաստանում պաշտոնապես գործարկվեց VAR համակարգը

Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան գործարկեց VAR (տեսաօգնության) համակարգը, որի ներդրման աշխատանքները մեկնարկել էին մեկ տարի առաջ։ Նախագծի տեխնիկական ապահովումը՝ մասնավորապես կապը, բոլոր մարզադաշտերի և VAR համակարգի միջև իրականացնում է Team Telecom Armenia-ն։ Խաղերի նկարահանումն ու հեռարձակումն իրականացնում է Vivaro Media ընկերությունը:

Տեսաօգնության համակարգը ֆուտբոլի կանոնների մեջ պաշտոնապես ընդգրկվել է 2018 թվականին: Սրա շնորհիվ մրցավարն իրավունք ունի հանդիպման վիճելի պահերը կրկնապատկերների միջոցով դիտել, որից հետո միայն որոշում կայացնել:

«VAR համակարգի ներդրմամբ Հայաստանը միանում է համաշխարհային ֆուտբոլի առաջատար երկրներին։ Այս ընթացքում կատարվել է ծավալուն աշխատանք թե՛ տեխնիկական, թե՛ մարզչական անձնակազմի վերապատրաստման մասով։ Հուսով եմ՝ համակարգը կօգնի մրցավարներին ավելի հստակ որոշումների կայացման հարցում, կձևավորի արդար մրցակցություն ակումբների միջև՝ հանգեցնելով հայկական ֆուտբոլի զարգացմանը»,-  Վազգեն Սարգսյան մարզադաշտի VAR համակարգի կենտրոնակայանում շրջայցի ընթացքում նշեց ՀՖՖ նախագահ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանը։

Կենտրոնական VAR համակարգը միացված է տարածաշրջանում եզակի օպտիկամանրաթելային NGN ցանցին, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս այն օգտագործել հեռավար՝ ցանկացած մարզադաշտում։

«Մեզ համար այս նախագիծը միաժամանակ և՛ մեծ պատասխանատվություն է, և՛ մեծ մարտահրավեր։ Թիմային ուժերով մենք հաջողությանբ իրագործեցինք միջազգային մակարդակի ևս մեկ տեխնոլոգիական նախագիծ»,- նշեց Team Telecom Armenia-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանը։ 

Միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան տեսաօգնության համակարգը լավագույնս գործարկելու նպատակով տեխնիկապես վերազինվել է Vivaro Media-ն, իսկ աշխատակազմը անցել է հատուկ վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ:

Vivaro Media hեռուստաընկերության գլխավոր պրոդյուսեր Արտաշես Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ սա բացառիկ երևույթ է ոչ միայն հայկական ֆուտբոլի պատմության, այլ նաև հայկական հեռուստատեսության պատմության համար:

«Vivarօ Media-ն Հայաստանի միակ հեռուստաընկերությունն է, որն իրականացրել է այսպիսի ծրագիր: Սա աննախադեպ համագործակցության օրինակ է և հետաքրքիր փորձ հայկական մեդիա շուկայում: Նախկին 5-ի փոխարեն այժմ խաղադաշտում աշխատում է 8 օպերատոր ու տեսախցիկ: Նկարահանող խմբի աշխատանքը կրկնապատկվել է: Եթե նախկինում նկարահանում էինք միայն հեռուստադիտողի համար, ապա այժմ նաև մրցավարների համար»:

VAR-ը թույլ է տալիս դիտարկել չորս տեսակի վիճելի պահ. կանոնների խախտումով խփված գոլ, 11-մետրանոցի նշանակման դրվագ, կարմիր քարտի սխալ ցուցադրում և պատժված խաղացողների նույնականացում: Մրցավարը VAR հաղորդումից հետո կարող է ընտրել երեք տարբերակներից մեկը. իր որոշումը թողնել ուժի մեջ, հայտարարել դադարի մասին՝ էկրանով դիտելու իրավիճակը կամ ընդունել տեսաօգնականի առաջարկությունը, չեղարկել սեփական որոշումը:

Team Telecom Armenia-ն ՀՀ տարածքում տրամադրում է ինտերնետի, թվային հեռուստատեսության, բջջային և ֆիքսված հեռախոսակապի ծառայություններ։ 2021 թվականից ընկերությունը սկսել է տարածաշրջանում եզակի՝ 25 Գբ/վ արագությամբ 25G-PON տեխնոլոգիայով NGN (Next Generation Network) ցանցի կառուցումը: Առաջիկայում այս ցանցին կմիացվեն Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում գործող բջջային կայանները, ինչի շնորհիվ զգալիորեն կբարելավվի նաև շարժական կապի որակը։
