«Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը» գործակալությունը կարևոր դեր է ունենալու մեր առջև ծառացած բազմաթիվ խնդիրների լուծման հարցում. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Անցյալ տարի հիմնեցինք «Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը» գործակալությունը, որն անվտանգության և զարգացման ծրագրեր է մշակում և իրականացնում Արցախի և Սյունիքի համար: Արցախ իմ տեղափոխվելուց հետո գործակալության նպատակներից մեկը պետական-մասնավոր համագործակցության արդյունավետ մոդելի կյանքի կոչումն էր: Ես վստահ եմ, որ մեր առջև ծառացած բազմաթիվ խնդիրները, հատկապես այս բարդ իրավիճակում, չեն կարող լուծվել միայն պետության միջոցով: Հենց այդ պատճառով «Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը» գործակալությունը կարևոր դեր է ունենալու է այդ խնդիրների լուծման հարցում:
 
Արցախի համապատասխան պետական կառույցների հետ անցած շաբաթ գործակալության ստորագրած համագործակցության հուշագրերով շուրջ 260 տոննա սննդամթերք է անհատույց տրամադրվել՝ Արցախի պետական պահուստում ներառելու և բնակչության սոցիալական խմբերին հատկացնելու համար: Ծրագիրը նախաձեռնվել էր շրջափակման ընթացքում և հնարավոր դարձավ իրականացնել մեր նվիրատուների աջակցությամբ:
 
Իր գործունեության ընթացքում գործակալությունը, 159 նվիրատուների աջակցությամբ, արդեն շուրջ 4 մլն դոլարի ծրագրեր է իրականացրել երկու հիմնական ուղղություններով. ռազմավարական բնույթի նախաձեռնություններ և հանրային նշանակության ծրագրեր: Երկրորդ խմբի ծրագրերն ուղղված են եղել շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող Արցախի բնակիչների առաջնահերթ խնդիրների լուծմանը։
 
Շնորհակալ եմ մեր բոլոր ընկերներին, որոնք չմնացին անտարբեր և շարունակում են լինել Արցախի կողքին՝ աջակցելով մեզ այս դժվարին իրավիճակում։
 
Գործակալությունը շարունակելու է իր ակտիվ գործունեությունը: Շուտով կներկայացվեն կարճաժամկետ ու երկարաժամկետ նոր ծրագրեր, որոնք վերաբերում են Արցախի առջև կանգնած մի շարք խնդիրների լուծմանը:
