Ջեսափի մրցույթի թեման այս տարի հատկապես արդիական է Հայաստանի համար՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջին պատերազմը. Սիրանուշ Սահակյան

2023թ. մարտի 5-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցավ Ֆիլիպ Ջեսափի անվան միջազգային իրավունքի դատախաղ մրցույթի հայաստանյան մրցափուլը:  Միջոցառումը ուսանողներին հարթակ  տրամադրեց՝ ցույց տալու միջազգային իրավունքի ոլորտում իրենց գիտելիքները, ինչպես նաև իրավական վերլուծություններ կատարելու նրանց հմտությունները:

Ջեսափը ամենամեծ միջազգային դատախաղ-մրցույթներից մեկն է, որին մասնակցում են ավելի քան 700 համալսարաններ՝ աշխարհի գրեթե 100 երկրներից։ Մրցույթը նմանակում է Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի առջև երկու երկրների միջև հորինված վեճ  և բաղկացած է գրավոր և բանավոր փուլերից, որոնց ընթացքում մասնակից թիմերը ներկայացնում են իրենց փաստարկները:

Դատախաղ-մրցույթը տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանի համար կարևոր ժամանակաշրջանում՝ հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի հետ վերջին պատերազմը և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում ընթացիկ դատավարությունները, ինչպես նաև պատերազմի արդյուքում առաջ եկած մի շարք իրավական մարտահրավերներ, այդ թվում՝ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի, մշակութային ժառանգության օբյեկտների պաշտպանության, ռազմական հանցագործությունների և միջազգային իրավունքի այլ խախտումների համար պետական պաշտոնյաների պատասխանատվության վերաբերյալ խնդիրները:

Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել էր «Միջազգային և համեմատական իրավունքի Կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ի կողմից՝ International Law Students Association հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Որպես մրցույթի դատավորներ հանդես են եկել Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը, Շեիլա Փայլանը և Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:

Մրցույթի ողջ ընթացքում մասնակիցները դրսևորեցին միջազգային իրավունքի ոլորտում խոր գիտելիքներ, իսկ դատավորները տպավորված էին ուսանողների պատրաստվածության մակարդակով և իրավական հիմնավորումներ ու փաստարկներ ներկայացնելու հմտություններով:

2023թ. Ֆիլիպ Ջեսափի անվան միջազգային իրավունքի դատախաղ մրցույթի հայաստանյան մրցափուլի հաղթող ճանաչվեց Ռուս-հայկական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի թիմը, որը կներկայացնի Հայաստանը Վաշինգտոնում՝ ապրիլին՝ միջազգային մրցափուլի ընթացքում: 2023թ.-ի Ֆիլիպ Ջեսափի անվան միջազգային իրավունքի դատախաղ մրցույթի հայաստանյան մրցափուլի լավագույն գրավոր դիմում ճանաչվեց Երևանի պետական համալսարանի թիմի դիմումը:

«Ջեսափի մրցույթի թեման այս տարի հատկապես արդիական է Հայաստանի համար՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջին պատերազմը և դրա հետևանքով առաջացած իրավական մարտահրավերները», - նշեց ICLaw Armenia-ի նախագահ Սիրանուշ Սահակյանը,-«Մրցույթը հնարավորություն է տալիս ուսանողներին զարգացնել միջազգային իրավունքի ոլորտում իրենց գիտելիքները, և դրանց կիրառումը գործնականում»։
