Ուզբեկստանում կոշտ մեթոդներով են պայքարում արևային էներգիայի զարգացման ուղղությամբ

Ուզբեկստանում բավականին յուրօրինակ մեթոդներով են պայքարում արևային էներգիայի զարգացման ուղղությամբ։ Երկրում, որտեղ գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի անբավարարությունը հանրային լուրջ դժգոհություն է առաջացնում նախագահն ու կառավարությունը արևային էներգիան դիտարկում են որպես խնդրի լուծման հիմնական հնարավորություն։

Այս տարի էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի ֆոնին նախագահ Շավքաթ Միրզիաևը հրահանգել է պետական հասատություններին, մասնավոր և պետական ձեռնարկություններին անցնել լիակատար արևային էներգիայի, և այդ կապակցությամբ տեղական գործարարներին և հանրությանը պարտադրում են վարկեր վերցնել բանկերից և տեղադրել արևային վահանակներ, իսկ գործարարներին պարզ և հստակ հայտնել են կա՛մ տեղադրեք այդ վահանակները, կա՛մ փակեք ձեռնարկությունը։

Գործարար համայնքն իհարկե լուրջ դժգոհություններ ունի, ընդհուպ մինչև այդ մասին հրապարակային հայտարարելով, նշելով, թե իրենք լուրջ միջոցներ են կորցնում արևային վահանակների տեղադրման հետևանքով, միաժամանակ նշել են, թե չեն կարող կատարելկառավարության հանձնարարությունը, քանի որ խնդիրների են բախվելու։ Իհարկե, ուզբեկական իշխանությունների այս քաղաքականությունը չափազանց կոշտ և պարտադրողական է, սակայն նույնիսկ գործարարներն են նշում, թե Ուզբեկստանի իշխանությունները բավարար քաղաքական կամք ունեն արևային էներգիան հանրությանը ոչ թե մատչելի դարձնելու, այլ առանց այն էլ բավական էժան Չինաստանին մոտ գտնվելու և այնտեղից ներկրումներ իրականացնելու շնորհիվ, այլ նաև քաղաքական կամք ունեն պարտադրելու արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը։

Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը» և ամենևին էլ պարտադիր չէ հանրությանը և գործարար համայնքին պարտադրել, հարկադրել արևային վահանակների տեղադրում, սակայն մեր իշխանությունները ևս պետք է քաղաքական կամք ունենան ՝ երկիրը դեպի արևային զարգացման տեղափոխելու։ Թերևս այդ հարցում կարող են օրինակը վերցնել ոչ թե Ուզբեկստանից, այլ եվրոպական պետություններից։
