Ադրբեջանը ղեկավարում է «օրենքով գող» Գուլուն (Նադիր Սալիֆով). «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես գրում է Primecrime ռուսական կայքը, «օրենքով գող» Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի «գծած կանոնները» օրերս փորձել է խախտել ազգությամբ չեչեն «օրենքով գող» Հուսեյն Ախմադովը, ով գողական աշխարհում հայտնի է որպես Հուսեյն Սլեպոյ:

Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ Հուսեյնն իր ծննդյան օրը որոշել էր «գողական ընտանիք» ընդունել քրեական աշխարհի երկու հեղինակության, այսինքն՝ ծնունդը վերածել երկու «օրենքով գողերի» թագադրման արարողության: Այդ երջանիկները պետք է լինեին Իլյուշա Գագաուզը և Մամեդօղլի Մուխտարովը, ով հանհրահայտ «օրենքով գող» Հիքմեթ Սաբիրաբադսկու զարմիկն է:

Սակայն չեչեն «օրենքով գողի»՝ ընտանիքը մեծացնելու (իմա՝ ազդեցությունը մեծացնելու) մտադրությունն ի չիք դարձրեց Շաքրո Մոլոդոյին հավատարիմ, ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի «օրենքով գող» Նադիր Սալիֆովը, նույն ինքը՝ հանրահայտ Գուլուն (Գուլի):

Չնայած Գուլուն արդեն 22 տարի է նստած է բանտում, սակայն աշխարհի ցանկացած անկյունում, որտեղ «օրենքով գող» կա, նա կարող է եղանակ ստեղծել իր «երկար» ձեռքերի շնորհիվ: Նադիր Սալիֆովը ժամանակին համարվում էր գողերի արքա Դեդ Հասանի շրջապատի մարդ: Հասանի մահից հետո նրա գործը շարունակող Շաքրոյի մոտ Սալիֆովը «մուտք ուներ»:

Կայքի աղբյուրի վկայությամբ՝ Գուլուն ափերից դուրս էր եկել ոչ թե Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի հաստատած դրվածքը Հուսեյնի կողմից խախտելու պատճառով, այլ որ առանց իր գիտության ու թույլտվության ադրբեջանցու են ուզում թագադրել:

Սովորաբար Գուլուն ընդհանուր գործերին չի խառնվում, բայց ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանին ու ադրբեջանցիներին, նա պետք է իմանա ու անձամբ որոշում կայացնի:

Բոլոր հայտնի ադրբեջանցիներն իր շրջապատում մուծվում են միայն Գուլուին: Դրանք հանցագործներ լինեն, թե հայտնի բիզնեսմեններ, Ադրբեջանում բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող հարուստներ, թե բանկիրներ՝ Մոսկվայում, հաշվետու են Գուլուին: Իսկ նա էլ մշտապես այդ մարդկանց թիկունքին է. պետք է՝ մարդկանց կվերացնի, պետք է՝ կպաշտպանի հանցագործներից ու իշխանություններից:

Գուլուն բանտից հսկում է Ադրբեջանի անցուդարձը: Պետք լինի՝ նույնիսկ խառնվում է երկրում կադրային խնդիրներին: Ցանկացած ադրբեջանցի առևտրական, Ռուսաստանի որ անկյունում էլ աշխատի՝ Գուլուի «նալոգը» տալիս է: Երբ Ռովշանը սպանվեց, նրա ժառանգությունն անցավ Գուլուին: Ոչ ոք ռիսկ չարեց «փայ մտնելու»:

Չնայած նման ախորժակ ունեին «օրենքով գողեր» Պարպալիան, Ջանգվելաձեն և նույնիսկ Հուսեյն Սլեպոյը, ով Ռովշանի կյանքի վերջին ամիսներին մտերմացել էր նրա հետ:

Կանխելով Հուսեյն Սլեպոյի քայլը, Գուլուն է՛լ ավելի մեծ վստահության արժանացավ անազատության մեջ գտնվող գողերի արքայի՝ Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի կողմից:
