ԱՄՆ-ում արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը նվազել է Չինաստանի պատճառով

2022 թվականին ԱՄՆ-ում տեղադրվել են արևային պանելներ 23 %-ով ավելի պակաս, քան 1 տարի առաջ, ընդ որում, եթե ողջ աշխարհում արևային «հեղափոխությունը» և արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը աննախադեպ չափերի է հասել, Միացյալ Նահանգներում այս կտրուկ անկումը առավել, քան տարօրինակ է։ Մասնագետները նման անկման համար մեղադրում են Չինաստանին, որը հատուկ Միացյալ նահանգների շուկայի համար բարձրացրել է արևային վահանակների և մարտկոցների բաղադրիչների գները։ 


Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Չինաստանը համաշխարհային առաջատարն է թե՛ արևային պատրաստի վահանակների արտադրության առումով, և թե՛ նաև այդ սարքավորումների բաղադրիչների արտադրության առումով։ Նաև ամերիկա-չինական հարաբերությունների լարվածության՝ Չինաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ ներդնելու ամերիկյան փորձերի ֆոնին Չինաստանն այժմ սեփական պատժամիջոցներն է լռելյայն իրականացնում ԱՄն-ի դեմ՝ լրջորեն վնասելով այդ երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգությանը։ Չինաստանը գրեթե մոնոպոլիստ է կիսաբյուրեղային սիլիկատների պատրաստության ասպարեզում, իսկ դրանք հիմնականում Չինաստանում արտադրվում են Սինցզյան-Ույղուրական ինքնավար շրջանում։ Միացյալ նահամգների իրավապաշտպանները վերջին շրջանում բավականին ակտիվացրել են իրենց գործունեությունը ույվուրների շահերի պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ և դրա դիմաց էլ Չինաստանը սեփական հարվածն է հասցնում ԱՄՆ-ին։ 


Ույղուրական շրջանից կիսասիլիկատների առաքման վրա ԱՄՆ-ի համար մինչև 200 % մաքսային դրույքաչափեր են սահմանել, ինչպես նաև այլ սահմանափակումներ են ներդրել Չինաստանից արտահանման վրա։ Ի դեպ, հարավ- արևելյան Ասիայի արտադրողները սողանք են գտել, թե ինչպես կարող են շրջանցել չինական այս պատժամիջոցները։ Թայլանդի, Վիետնամի, Մալազիայի, Կաբոջայի և այլ երկրների բազմաթիվ ընկերություններ իրենք են սկսել գնել չինական արտադրանքը և դրանք վերավաճառել Միացյլ նահանգներ որպես սեփական արտադրություն։ Այս կերպ, ընդամենը, ԱՄՆ-ում անկումը 23 % է կազմում, այլ ոչ ավելի։ 


Ի դեպ, Չինաստանում արտադրությունը կարող է լրջորեն նպաստել նաև Հայաստանի համար, որտեղ արևային վահանակների արտադրության ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», իսկ Չինաստանից լուրջ ներդրումներ և տեխնոլոգիաներ ներգրավելու դեպքում Հայաստանում արևային էներգիայի արտադրության ծավալները հնարավոր կլինի լրջորեն ավելացնել։
