Ադրբեջանին տված ռուսական զենքի լուրջ հետեւանքը

Լրագիր / «Դեռեւս ոչ մի լուրջ բան չի պատահել: Եթե ինչ-որ մի ժամանակ լուրջ հետևանքներ լինեն, այն ժամանակ կարելի է մեղադրել։ Իսկ եթե լուրջ հետևանքներ չլինեն մենք դա պետք է համարենք որպես ռուսական կողմի երկարաժամկետ քաղաքական գործունեություն՝ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացնելու համար», Ադրբեջանին ռուսական սպառազինության մատակարարման վերաբերյալ հայտարարել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը Ռ-Էվոլյուցիա հաղորդաշարին տված հարցազրույցում:
Նա հայտարարել է, որ այդ հանգամանքը հայ-ռուսական հարաբերության «ամենացավալի» կողմն է:
Ռուս-ադրբեջանական գործարքի կամ ռազմա-տեխնիկական «բիզնեսի» ո՞ր հետեւանքն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը կհամարի լուրջ: Կա՞ դրա չափանիշ կամ սահմանում: Եթե այո, ապա գուցե պետք է հանրությանը մատնանշել նաեւ դա, որպեսզի հանրությունն էլ հնարավորություն ունենա չափել եւ գնահատել Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքն ու դրա համար պատասխանատվության աստիճանը:
Այլապես, առաջանում է հարց, որն առաջին հայացքից նույնիսկ կարող է թվալ տարօրինակ, բայց Սերժ Սարգսյանն ինքն է տալիս դրա առիթը. ապրիլի պատերազմը լուրջ հետեւանք չէ՞ր: Սերժ Սարգսյանն իհարկե ասել է, որ կորցրած «800 հեկտարը» չուներ մեծ նշանակություն: Այդ մասին եղան բուռն բանավեճ ու քննարկումներ, բայց ենթադրենք, որ չուներ:
Բայց մի՞թե լուրջ նշանակություն չուներ մի քանի օրում ռազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով կորցրած հարյուրից ավելի մարդկային կյանքը, որոնց մի զգալի մասը եղել է նաեւ հենց ռուսական սպառազինությունից, էլ չասած այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան ընդհանրապես զգալիորեն սնուցվել է Ռուսաստանի ռազմա-քաղաքական պահվածքի շնորհիվ:
Ընդ որում, ինքը Սերժ Սարգսյանն այդ մասին ակնարկել է մի քանի անգամ: Օրինակ, նաեւ բոլորովին վերջերս, ՄԳԻՄՕ-ում ելույթի ժամանակ, երբ մարտին այցելել էր Մոսկվա: Իսկ մի քանի տարի առաջ, Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած մեդիաֆորումի ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարում էր, թե եթե նույնիսկ սահմանին Ադրբեջանը ռուսական զենքով չի կրակում, միեւնույն է, Ռուսաստանի մատակարարումը հայ զինվորի եւ հասարակության մոտ առաջացնում է այն մտայնությունը, որ Ադրբեջանը ռուսական զենքով է սպանում մեր զինվորներին:
