Արցախից տեղեկացնում են

Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Ադրբեջանական կողմի միջամտությամբ Հայաստանից Արցախը սնուցող բարձրավոլտ միակ էլեկտրագծի խափանման և գազամատակարարման՝ պարբերական դարձած անջատումների պայմաններում էլեկտրամատակարարման հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրներ են առաջացել. նշված է Արցախի կառավարության տեղեկագրում:

Փաստացի էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումը ներկայումս իրականացվում է Արցախի ներքին սահմանափակ ռեսուրսների հաշվին, ինչի պատճառով համակարգը շատ ծանրաբեռնված է, ավելանում է վթարների թիվը:

Տեղեկագրում նաև ներկայացված է Արցախի շրջափակման 44-րդ օրվա վիճակագրությունը.

*12 երեխա գտնվում է մանկական հիվանդանոցի նորածնային և վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում:
*11 չափահաս բուժառու գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում, որոնցից 4-ը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է։
*Արդեն 161 երեխա ծնվել է շրջափակման մեջ:
*ԱՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գործող բոլոր բուժհաստատություններում պլանային վիրահատությունների դադարեցման պատճառով 490 քաղաքացի զրկվել է վիրահատվելու միջոցով առողջական խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորությունից։
*Մինչ այսօր Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջնորդությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ Արցախից Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել 46 հիվանդ՝ համապատասխան բուժում ստանալու համար։
*Ստեղծված տնտեսական բարդ իրավիճակի պատճառով նախնականորեն առնվազն 4,700 մարդ կորցրել է աշխատանքը և եկամտի աղբյուրը։
*Ավելի քան 17200 տոննա կենսական նշանակության ապրանքներ կմակատարարվեին Արցախ, եթե չլիներ շրջափակումը, որի ընթացքում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի և ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի կողմից մատակարարվել է դրա միայն չնչին մասը:

Շրջափակման պայմաններում սննդի սրացող սղության պատճառով հունվարի 9-ից ամբողջությամբ կամ մասամբ փակվել է 41 մանկապարտեզ, 56 նախադպրոցական խումբ, 20 երկարօրյա ուսումնական հաստատություն։
*6828 երեխա այլևս չի կարողանում մանկապարտեզ, նախակրթարան և երկարօրյա դպրոց հաճախել՝ զրկվելով համապատասխան խնամք, սնունդ և կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորությունից:
*Հունվարի 18-ից ջեռուցման ու էլեկտրամատակարարման խնդիրների պատճառով դադարեցվել է Արցախի բոլոր 117 դպրոցների աշխատանքը՝ ավելի քան 20000 երեխայի զրկելով կրթություն ստանալու իրավունքից:
