Զինվորների վիճակը նույնն է, փոփոխություն չկա

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է․ «Վարդենիսի զորամասում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգության հետեւանքով վիրավորված երեք զինծառայողների վիճակը նույնն է՝ որեւէ տեղաշարժ չկա։ Նրանք, հիշեցնենք, ծանր այրվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն։ Առողջապահության նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ երեք վիրավորներից երկուսը շարունակում են գտնվել վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում, մեկը՝ հիվանդասենյակում։

«Բնականաբար, մենք անընդհատ հետաքրքրվում ենք, տեղյակ ենք իրենց առողջական վիճակով եւ դինամիկայով։ Էս պահի դրությամբ դինամիկա տեսնելը կամ նշելը ճիշտ չի լինի մասնագիտորեն, որովհետեւ այրվածքների դեպքում կարճ ժամանակահատված է, եւ չէր կարող փոփոխություն արձանագրվել։ Ինչպես մասնագետներն են բազմիցս նշել, զինվորների վիճակը նույնն է երեկվա դրությամբ, երկուսի վիճակը ծանր է՝ նրանք վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում են, մեկը պալատում է գտնվում, ուստի առողջական վիճակի փոփոխություն չկա այս պահի դրությամբ։ Բայց պետք է նշեմ, որ ամեն բան արվում է, առողջական վիճակի բարելավման համար անհրաժեշտ ցանկացած միջամտություն իրականացվում է»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց առողջապահության նախարարության մամուլի պատասխանատու Հռիփսիմե Խաչատրյանը։

Մենք երեկ գրել էինք, որ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը չի այցելել վիրավոր զինվորներին, քանի որ կառավարության նիստից անմիջապես հետո մեկնել է Թեհրան՝ մասնակցելու Ազդեցիկ կանանց միջազգային ֆորումին, որին նաեւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կինն է մասնակցում։

Նախարարությունից փորձեցին այսպես արդարացնել նախարարի այս քայլը․ «Նախարարը նախապես պլանավորված աշխատանքային այցը չէր կարող հետաձգել, ցավոք՝ նման դեպք եղավ։ Նախարարն էլ, կապ չունի՝ ինքը երկրում է, թե չէ, մշտապես կապի մեջ է մեր մասնագետների հետ ու վերահսկում է իրավիճակը»։ Հռիփսիմե Խաչատրյանի խոսքով՝ նախարարի փոխարեն փոխնախարար Արմեն Նազարյանն է այցելել զինվորներին, բայց այցելել է այն ժամանակ, որ չխանգարի բուժական միջամտությանը։ «Բոլորս պետք է հասկանանք, որ առաջին հերթին տղաների առողջությունն է մեզ համար կարեւոր, եւ պետք է ամեն բան անել, որպեսզի տրամադրվող բուժօգնությունը լինի հասցեական, ժամանակին եւ այցերով չխանգարվի։ Բայց փոխնախարար Արմեն Նազարյանը մշտական կապի մեջ է Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրենի, բուժող բժշկի հետ, եւ այց էլ նրան կողմից, բնականաբար, եղել է»,- ասաց նախարարության խոսնակը»։
