Եվրոպան արևային էներգիայի արդյունաբերական դաշինք է ստեղծել

Եվրոպան ձգտում է անկախություն ստանալ ռուսական գազից, այդ թվում նաև էներգիայի վերականգնվող աղբյուրների օգտագործման ծավալների աճի շնորհիվ։ Հատկապես հեռանկարային է համարվում արևային էներգիան, այն կարևորագույն դեր ունի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման համար, նաև կլիմայական նպատակների և զբաղվածության ապահովման ուղղությունների զարգացման համար։

«Solar Power Europe» ասոցիացիայի տվյալներով 2022 թվականին Եվրոպայում տեղադրվել է 41.4 գեգավատ ֆոտոէլեկտրական հզորություններ, ինչը 47 տոկոսով ավելին է, քան 2021 թվականին։ Չնայած եվրոպացիների արձանագրած առաջընթացին՝ գլոբալ շուկայում այս ոլորտում առաջատարը համարվում է Չինաստանը։

Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալության փորձագետները հաշվարկել են, որ նույնիսկ առկա տեմպերը պահպանելու դեպքում 2025 թվականին արևային ինդուստրիայի 95 տոկոսը կենտրոնացված է լինելու հենց Չինաստանում։ Եվրամիությունը խոստովանում է, որ հետ է մնացել ՝ հուսալով ավելացնել առաջանցիկ տեմպերը։

Իր լայն ռազմավարության շրջանակներում խնդրի լուծում իրականացնելու համար Բրյուսելը արևային էներգիայի արդյունաբերական դաշինք է ստեղծել, որը միավորում է պրոֆիլային ընկերությունները ողջ Եվրոպայի տարածքում, ընդ որում խնդիրը միայն արևային վահանակներ և մարտկոցներ տեղադրելը չէ։

Եվրամիությունը իր առջև հավակնորդ ծրագիր է դրել նույնիսկ վահանակների և մարտկոցների համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր նյութերը արտադրել հենց եվրամիության տարածքում, այլ ոչ թե ներկրել Չինաստանից կամ այլ երկրներից։ Նախ այս կերպ լուծվելու է զբաղվածության հարցը, և երկրորդ՝ հնարավորություն է տալու կախված չլինել այլ, ոչ այնքան բարեհաճ տրամադրված մրցակիցներից, իսկ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով եվրամիության նպատակն է առնվազն արտադրվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի 75-80 տոկոսը արտադրել արևային էլեկտրակայանների միջոցով։

Հայաստանում, հիշեցնենք, կա արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոնը», սակայն մեր ունեցած հնարավորևությունները թույլ են տալիս նույնիսկ տեղում ավելացնել վահանակների և մարտկոցների արտադրությունը՝ շատ դեպքերում դրսից անհրաժեշտ նյութեր չներկրելով։
