Կալիֆոռնիան կրճատում է արևային մարտկոցներով տների սեփականատերերի կոմունալ վճարումները

Plus-one.ru-ն գրում է, որ Կալիֆոռնիայում ավելի քան 1,5 միլիոն տներ, ձեռնարկություններ և կոմունալ ծառայությունների այլ կառույցներ տանիքներին արևային մարտկոցներ ունեն, հաղորդում է CNBC-ն։ Հանրային ծառայությունների հանձնաժողովը որոշել է մասնավոր տների սեփականատերերին, որոնց արևային մարտկոցները նպաստում են նահանգի էլեկտրացանցին, փոխհատուցել հավելյալ էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց: Այդ ամենը օգնում է հասնել կլիմայի փոփոխության կանխման նպատակներին: Կալիֆոռնիան, որը պարբերաբար պայքարում է կլիմայի փոփոխության հետևանքով առաջացած անտառային հրդեհների և երաշտի դեմ, իր առջեւ նպատակ է դրել մինչև 2045 թվականը անցնել 100%-ով վերականգնվող էներգիայի:

Փոխհատուցման պրակտիկան օրինակ կհանդիսանա այլ պետությունների և արևային էներգիայի ընկերությունների համար, ներառյալ Sunrun-ը, SunPower-ը, Sunnova-ն և Tesla-ն: Կալիֆորնիայի հանրային ծառայության հանձնաժողովը գնահատել է, որ նահանգի տանիքների արևային վահանակները կարող են մոտավորապես 12 գիգավատ էլեկտրաէներգիայի մուտք ապահովել հանրային էլեկտրացանցին:

Նահանգը հաստատել է նաև մինչև 2045 թվականը ածխածնի արտանետումները 85%-ով նվազեցնելու ծրագիրը, որպեսի հասնի ածխածնի չեզոքության: Մասնավորապես, նավթի սպառման ծավալը կկրճատվի մինչև ներկայիս մակարդակի մեկ տասներորդը։

Արտանետումների նման կրճատման հասնելու համար պետությունը պետք է դիտարկի տնտեսության և կյանքի գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտների էլեկտրաֆիկացման հարցը։ Կալիֆորնիայի օդային ռեսուրսների խորհրդի (CARB) պաշտոնյաներն ասում են, որ նահանգի ածխաթթվացման ծրագիրը կստեղծի 4 միլիոն աշխատատեղ և կխուսափի աղտոտվածության հետ կապված առողջապահական ծախսերի 200 միլիարդ դոլարով ավելացումից:
Հունվարին Կալիֆորնիայի օրենսդիրները մտադիր են քննարկել նավթավերամշակման գործարանների շահույթի վրա ավելի բարձր հարկեր սահմանելու հարցը: 1990 թվականից ի վեր փակվել են Կալիֆորնիայի 13 նավթավերամշակման գործարաններ, որոնց ընդհանուր հզորությունը օրական 3 միլիոն բարել էր: Կալիֆոռնիայի նավթավերամշակման հզորությունն այժմ կազմում է օրական 1,7 մլն բարել, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։

Plus-one.ru-ն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Կալիֆոռնիայում նախագիծ է մշակվում արևային մարտկոցներով ջրանցքները ծածկելու համար: Դա կօգնի ոչ միայն մաքուր էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալ, այլ նաև պաշտպանել ջուրը գոլորշիացումից։ Նահանգի ոռոգման ջրանցքները ավելի քան 6,5 հազար կմ են։ Որպես փորձնական տեղամասեր ընտրվել են Տուրլոկ կոմսությունում: Երբ Կալիֆորնիայի ջրանցքների ամբողջ ցանցը ծածկվի արևային մարտկոցներով, այն տարեկան կխնայի 280 միլիարդ լիտր ջուր: Դա բավարար կլինի 2 միլիոն մարդու կարիքները հոգալու համար։
