Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է ճնշում գործադրել Արցախի բնակիչների վրա, որ նրանք լքեն իրենց հողը. Արցախի պետնախարարն՝ իտալական TEMPI-ին

Արցախի պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հարցազրույց է տվել իտալական հեղինակավոր TEMPI պարբերականին՝ ներկայացնելով ադրբեջանական շրջափակման հետևանքով Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Արցախի պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմից, նա ընդգծել է, որ իրավիճակը  բարդ է, սակայն արցախահայությունը մտադիր չէ հանձնվել և շարունակելու է պաշտպանել սեփական հողում ապրելու իր իրավունքը:

«Մենք ամբողջովին կտրված ենք արտաքին աշխարհից և  արդեն բազմաթիվ հումանիտար խնդիրներ ունենք: Նման իրավիճակում շատ կարևոր է դառնում օդային կամրջի անհրաժեշտությունը», - ասել է Վարդանյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Արցախի շրջափակման խնդիրը քննարկվել  է ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդում և ՄԻԵԴ-ում,  և միջազգային ընդհանուր գնահատականով  իրավիճակն անընդունելի է համարվել:

Խոսելով ադրբեջանական կեղծ բնապահպանական պահանջների մասին, պետնախարարն ասել է. «Նրանք ամենևին էլ բնապահպաններ չեն, նրանք Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչներ են: Կարևորելով բնապահպանական խնդիրները՝ մենք առաջարկել ենք Ադրբեջանին միջազգային հանձնաժողով ձևավորել և ստուգել, թե արդյոք կա շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս, որի մասին հաղորդվում է: Բայց նրանք չեն համաձայնվել։ Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում, մանրակրկիտ ծրագրված է: Ադրբեջանցիների մտադրությունը քաղաքական է, ոչ թե բնապահպանական. նրանք ցանկանում են ճնշում գործադրել Արցախի բնակիչների վրա, որպեսզի վերջիններս լքեն իրենց հողը»:

Արձագանքելով Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մասին հարցին՝ Վարդանյանը նշել է. «Հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները տարբեր ազգեր են, տարբեր  մշակույթ, տարբեր արժեքներ ունեն, բայց պետք է ելք գտնեն ապրելու որպես հարևաններ նույն տարածաշրջանում, առանց պատերազմելու միմյանց դեմ: Խաղաղության համաձայնագիր ձեռքբերելը դժվար է, բայց հնարավոր: Կարևոր է, որ Ադրբեջանը ճանաչի Արցախը: Վստահ եմ՝ եթե սկսենք այս կետից, լուծումը կգտնվի»:

Պատասխանելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրեն  թիրախավորելու մասին հարցին՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ասել է, որ  «Ադրբեջանը դա անում է, որովհետև ես կարող եմ Արցախի ժողովրդի ձայնն ավելի լսելի դարձնել, և սա խնդիր է Բաքվի համար: Մեր կառավարությունը փորձառու առաջնորդների կարիք ունի, Արցախը  պետք է ավելի բաց և մրցակցային դառնա: Ես վստահ եմ, որ իմ հմտությունները կարող եմ ծառայեցնել իմ ազգին, և հենց սա է Ադրբեջանի թիրախավորման պատճառը», - ամփոփել է Վարդանյանը:
