Արա Աբրահամյանը ՌԴ ղեկավարության հետ խորհրդակցություններ է անցկացնում՝ Արցախի բնակիչների և ռուս խաղաղապահների դեմ Բաքվի սադրանքների կապակցությամբ:

Իր նախնիների հողի վրա Արցախի ժողովրդի անկախության և ազատության իրավունքի վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության դիրքորոշումն անփոփոխ է:

Մենք համոզված ենք, որ արցախցիների կյանքի և անվտանգության երաշխավոր ռուս խաղաղապահների նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները հայերի ֆիզիկական բնաջնջման քաղաքականության շարունակությունն են: Պաշտոնական Բաքվի նպատակն է դուրս մղել նրանց իրենց պատմական հայրենիքից:

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախը արտաքին քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհի փակումը 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության խախտում է: Արցախի բնակչությանը հումանիտար ճգնաժամի և էթնիկ զտումների վտանգի առջև կանգնեցնելով՝ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը հերթական անգամ ցուցադրում է ոչ միայն իր բանակցային անկարողությունը, այլև ապացուցում է, որ նրանց պետք է զերծ պահել Արցախի և նրա ազգաբնակչության կենսագործունեությանը միջամտելուց:

Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը, հաշվի առնելով պաշտոնական Բաքվին «համարձակություն» ներշնչող աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունները, կոչ է անում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և համաշխարհային հանրությանը՝ գնահատական տալ Ադրբեջանի հակամարդկային գործողություններին և հույս է հայտնում, որ համատեղ ջանքերով կհաջողվի գտնել մեխանիզմներ, որոնք կպարտադրեն Բաքվին պահպանել միջազգային և համամարդկային նորմերը:
